فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي تعقيم - فني في منطقة الرياض. المسؤول عن إزالة التلوث وتحضير وتعقيم وتوزيع الأدوات الجراحية والمعدات الطبية وفقاً لسياسات ومعايير فقيه للرعاية الصحية، لضمان توفرها وتعقيمها بشكل صحيح لإجراءات رعاية المرضى والعمليات الجراحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إزالة التلوث: استلام وفرز وفحص الأدوات الجراحية والمعدات الطبية المستخدمة لإزالة التلوث، وتنظيفها يدوياً باستخدام المنظفات والمطهرات المناسبة، وتشغيل وصيانة معدات إزالة التلوث مثل أجهزة التنظيف بالموجات فوق الصوتية والغسالات والمعقمات.
- التحضير والتغليف: تجميع مجموعات الأدوات الجراحية والمعدات الطبية وفقاً للبروتوكولات المعتمدة، وتغليف الأدوات والمستلزمات تحضيراً للتعقيم مع ضمان التغليف والوسم والتوثيق الصحيح، وفحص الأدوات بحثاً عن التلف أو البلى وإبلاغ المشرف بأي مشكلات.
- التعقيم: تشغيل أجهزة التعقيم (مثل الأوتوكلاف) وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة وسياسات فقيه، ومراقبة وتوثيق دورات التعقيم بما في ذلك معاملات الوقت ودرجة الحرارة والضغط، وإجراء اختبارات المراقبة البيولوجية والكيميائية والميكانيكية الروتينية لضمان فعالية التعقيم.
- التخزين والتوزيع: تخزين الأدوات والمستلزمات المعقمة في المناطق المخصصة مع ضمان التدوير الصحيح ومراقبة المخزون، وتوزيع الأدوات والمعدات المعقمة إلى غرف العمليات والعيادات والأقسام الأخرى حسب الحاجة، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات التعقيم ومستويات المخزون.
- مراقبة الجودة والسلامة: الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى والسلامة لمنع التلوث المتبادل وضمان بيئة عمل آمنة، والمشاركة في الصيانة الدورية للمعدات والمعايرة وفحوصات الأداء ومبادرات تحسين الجودة، وإبلاغ المشرف عن أي أعطال أو حوادث أو مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة.
- الامتثال والتوثيق: ضمان الامتثال لجميع المعايير التنظيمية بما في ذلك معايير اللجنة المشتركة وOSHA والسياسات الداخلية للمنشأة، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات التعقيم وإدارة المخزون وتدابير مراقبة الجودة.
- التطوير المهني: البقاء على اطلاع بالتطورات في تقنيات التعقيم والتقنيات من خلال التعليم والتدريب المستمر، والمشاركة في اجتماعات القسم والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، وحضور جميع التدريبات الإلزامية حسب الجدول.
- المسؤوليات العامة: إظهار مهارات تواصل متعاطفة مع تقديم الدعم والرعاية للمرضى والموظفين، واتباع نهج إيجابي واستباقي تجاه التحديات، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام بسياسات الأمن السيبراني وسرية المعلومات، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من تاريخ انتهائه.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة كفني تعقيم معتمد في مركز رعاية ثالثي معقد سريرياً، مع معرفة بعملية تحسين الأداء والمعايير الدولية.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم مشارك في العلوم الصحية أو تخصص مشابه، مع شهادة في التعقيم/دبلوم في التعقيم.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- رخصة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادات BLS و ACLS وغيرها من دورات LSTC حسب الاقتضاء.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment by Fakeeh Care policy and procedures/standards. The role ensures that all equipment is properly sterilized and available in patient care and surgical procedures.

Minimum of 1-year experience as a certified sterilization technician in a clinically complex tertiary center. Knowledge of Performance Improvement Process and International Standards.
Education
Excellent command of oral and written English
Licenses / Certifications
License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.

- Manually cleans instruments using appropriate detergents and disinfectants.
- Operates and maintains decontamination equipment such as ultrasonic cleaners, washers, and disinfectors.
- Preparation and Packaging:
- Assembles surgical instrument sets and medical equipment according to established protocols.
- Packages instruments and supplies in preparation for sterilization, ensuring proper wrapping, labeling, and documentation.
- Inspects instruments for damage or wear and report any issues to the line manager.
- Sterilization:
- Operates sterilizers (e.g., autoclaves) according to manufacturer guidelines and Fakeeh Care policies.
- Monitors and documents sterilization cycles, including time, temperature, and pressure parameters.
- Performs routine biological, chemical, and mechanical monitoring tests to ensure effective sterilization.
- Storage and Distribution:
- Stores sterilized instruments and supplies in designated storage areas, ensuring proper rotation and inventory control.
- Distributes sterilized instruments and equipment to operating rooms, clinics, and other departments as required.
- Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory levels.
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Adheres to all infection control and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participates in regular equipment maintenance, calibration and performance checks, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Report any equipment malfunctions/ incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, including Joint Commission, OSHA, and facility-specific policies.
- Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes, inventory management, and quality control measures.

- Stay updated on advancements in sterilization techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training.
