تفاصيل الوظيفة

تسعى فقيه للرعاية الصحية في منطقة مكة المكرمة إلى توظيف فني/أخصائي مختبر (مبتدئ إلى أول) للعمل في المختبر الأساسي، بهدف تقديم معلومات تساعد في تشخيص الأمراض وعلاجها والوقاية منها من خلال إجراء الفحوصات والإجراءات المخبرية، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية سحب عينات الدم (Phlebotomy) عند الحاجة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنظيم العمل من خلال مطابقة الطلبات الحاسوبية مع ملصقات العينات، فرز العينات، التحقق من الملصقات، تسجيل العينات، قبولها ورفضها، ترتيب التقارير للتسليم، والحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب أسطح العمل.
  • التعاون في العمل ضمن فريق، والحضور للعمل الإضافي وأيام العطلات الرسمية حسب احتياجات العمل.
  • العمل في مختلف أقسام المختبر الأساسي (أمراض الدم، الكيمياء، الغدد الصماء، المناعة) في أي وقت حسب الحاجة.
  • المشاركة في الإبلاغ عن أي مرض معدٍ إلى مشرف وحدة المختبر، مسؤول مكافحة العدوى في المختبر، وقسم مكافحة العدوى.
  • الحفاظ على جودة النتائج من خلال تشغيل المعايير وضوابط الجودة، والتحقق من أداء الأجهزة عبر الصيانة الدورية واستكشاف الأعطال المتقدم، ومعايرة الأجهزة باستخدام إجراءات اختبار معتمدة، ومراقبة إجراءات وبروتوكولات مراقبة الجودة.
  • العمل كمصدر تقني من خلال المشاركة في تدريب الموظفين، والإجابة على استفسارات المختصين الآخرين، والمشاركة في الفرص التعليمية، وقراءة المنشورات المهنية، والحفاظ على الشبكات المهنية، والمشاركة في المنظمات المهنية.
  • تشغيل أجهزة المختبر وتنظيفها وصيانتها وفقًا لتعليمات الشركة المصنعة، وإجراء استكشاف الأعطال البسيطة، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي خطأ في جهاز التحليل/المعدات.
  • تحديد النتائج الحرجة وإبلاغها باتباع العمليات والإجراءات المحددة في السياسة بدقة.
  • المساهمة في بيئة آمنة للمرضى والزوار والأطباء والزملاء من خلال اتباع المعايير والإجراءات المقررة والامتثال للوائح القانونية.
  • الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المرضى من خلال إبقاء المعلومات المخبرية سرية.
  • جمع العينات ومعالجتها والتعامل معها وفقًا لإجراءات المختبر العاجلة والروتينية.
  • استخدام تطبيقات مخبرية مختلفة مثل برنامج إدارة الأجهزة، برنامج تقييم EP، برنامج مراقبة الجودة، تطبيق Media Lab التعليمي، وتطبيقات مخبرية أخرى.
  • المشاركة في التحقق من المستلزمات المطلوبة في المنطقة المخصصة والجهاز المخبري المحدد وتحديثها وطلبها ومتابعتها، والإبلاغ الفوري لمراقب مخزون المختبر عن جرد منطقة المختبر، واستدعاء أي مواد ومتابعتها العاجلة.
  • جمع وتسجيل البيانات اللازمة لمراقبة وقت إنجاز العمل أو مؤشرات مختبرية أخرى مثل التقارير المخبرية الحرجة، والعينات الشاذة لقسم الطوارئ والعينات العاجلة والروتينية، والعينات المرفوضة، والمشاركة في الإجابة عن أي تقارير تباين الأحداث (OVR) ذات الصلة.
  • استلام اختبارات الكفاءة وإجرائها بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب، بما في ذلك معالجتها وإعداد التقارير وتحليل تقارير التقييم، وتنفيذ وتوثيق الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية مع الزملاء والموظفين الآخرين والجمهور باستخدام مبادئ خدمة العملاء الجيدة واتباع مدونة قواعد السلوك.
  • التعامل مع النفايات المعدية والتخلص منها واتباع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة ومكافحة العدوى.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي حادث عبر نظام OVR واتباع التسلسل القيادي.
  • اتباع معايير أي عملية اعتماد وطنية أو دولية تتعلق بالمختبر بشكل عام أو الخاص بالمختبر وبنك الدم.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية إذا كان ذلك ممكنًا.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، ويشمل ذلك: أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة النشطة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي لمعالجة أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو الاطلاع عليها أثناء العمل، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريبات والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لصالح فقيه، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة كأخصائي/فني مختبر طبي.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المختبرات الطبية، العلوم الطبية، أو ما يعادلها من درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الكيميائية أو البيولوجية.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا).
  • ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).

Description

Job Purpose:

To provide information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests, procedures. May perform phlebotomy if needed.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Organizes work by matching computer orders with specimen labeling; sorting specimens; checking labeling; logging specimens; acceptance and rejection of samples, arranging reports for delivery; keeping work surfaces clean and orderly.
  • Cooperating in handling work as a team, attending over time and attending public holidays as per work needs.
  • Works in different sections within core lab unit (Hematology, Chemistry, Endocrinology, Immunology) at any time as per work need.
  • Participates in reporting of any infectious disease to lab unit supervisor, lab infection control officer and infection control department.
  • Maintains quality results by running standards and controls, verifying equipment function through routine equipment maintenance and advanced trouble shooting; calibrating equipment utilizing approved testing procedures; monitoring quality control measures and protocols.
  • Serves as technical resource by participating in staff training; answering questions of other professionals; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Operates laboratory equipment, clean and maintains them according to the manufacturer instruction, perform minor troubleshooting and knows how to report in a timely manner any analyzer/equipment error.
  • Identifies and communicates critical results by following strictly the established processes and procedure stated in policy.
  • Contributes to a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers by following established standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality by keeping laboratory information confidential.
  • Collects, process samples and dealt it in accordance of lab stat and routine procedures.
  • Uses different laboratory application such as instrument manager software, EP evaluator software, Quality Control software, Media Lab education application and other lab applications.
  • Participates in checking, updating, ordering, and follow up supplies needed in the assigned area and assigned lab machine. Timely reporting to laboratory stock material controller its laboratory sectional inventory, recall and urgent follow up of any items.
  • Collects and records data needed in monitoring turn-around-time or other laboratory indicators such as critical lab reports, outliers of ER ,STAT samples and routine samples , rejected samples, able to participate in answering any related occurrence variance reports (OVR).
  • Receives and perform proficiency testing in a timely accurate manner its processing, reporting, analyzing of evaluation reports, doing and documenting necessary corrective action.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with co-workers, other employees and the public using principles of good customer service and following code of conduct.
  • Handling and disposal of infectious waste and follows safety and infection control policies and procedures.
  • Reports any incident by OVR system and follow the chain of command.
  • Follows the standards of any national and international accreditation process related to the laboratory either in general or specific for the laboratory and blood bank.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Highly motivated, has documentation skills, keen in analyzing information, willing to train in laboratory techniques and equipment maintenance, with computer skills and team player.

Experience

0 - 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Medical Technologist/Technician.

Education

Bachelor degree of Medical Technology, Medical Science, or equivalent education in Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Biological Science.

Language

Excellent in English and Arabic languages (verbal & writing).

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
