شركة KONE، الحاصلة على شهادة أفضل صاحب عمل، تبحث عن قائد فريق (Team Leader) يتمتع بعقلية خدمية لتقديم خدمة احترافية لعملائها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل في صميم عمليات الشركة لضمان جودة الخدمة وتحسين سلامة وأداء المعدات، وستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة أنشطة الإصلاح (VA & VB) والإشراف على فريق من الفنيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاهتمام بالسلامة في الموقع من خلال تطبيق ممارسات السلامة الجيدة، وتسليط الضوء على تحديد المخاطر الاستباقية ومبادئ STOP وGO.
- إدارة التواصل اليومي مع العميل في الموقع لأنشطة التركيب بالتنسيق المستمر مع المشرف الميداني.
- إدارة بيئة تركيب المعدات أثناء أنشطة التركيب.
- استلام المواد وفحصها وتخزينها، وضمان أمان المعدات المسلَّمة من خلال التخزين والمناولة الصحيحين في الموقع.
- تنفيذ التركيب وفقاً لتعليمات الطريقة والجدول الزمني المحددين مسبقاً.
- المسؤولية عن تركيب المعدات بجودة عالية وفي الوقت المحدد وفقاً لأساليب KONE في التركيب، وبشكل رئيسي وفقاً لتعليمات AM.
- الإبلاغ عن تقدم أعمال التركيب إلى المشرف الميداني.
- الحفاظ على أدوات التركيب في حالة آمنة وجيدة.
- تعزيز نماذج الملاحظات المتعلقة بالجودة والمساهمة الاستباقية في التحسين المستمر للمنتج من خلال تقديم الملاحظات لخط التوريد.
- الاستجابة السريعة للأحداث غير المتوقعة بالتواصل مع المشرف الميداني.
- تطبيق مبادئ اللين (Lean) لتجنب الانقطاعات في العمل، والالتزام المستمر بتعزيز مبادرات الاجتماعات السريعة (Huddles).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم في الهندسة أو شهادة مهنية/فنية (ITI) في الكهرباء أو الإلكترونيات أو الأتمتة (Automation) أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة تتراوح بين 5-7 سنوات في صناعة المصاعد والسلالم المتحركة، تتضمن مشاركة كبيرة في مشاريع المباني الشاهقة.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- قدرات قيادية قوية مع خبرة في إدارة والإشراف على الفرق الميدانية.
- قدرة مثبتة على التواصل الفعال والتفاوض مع المقاولين والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل مع التركيز على دقة التصميم ومعايير السلامة والامتثال للأنظمة.

What will you do?
- Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices highlighting proactive risk identification and STOP and GO principles
- Manage on-site communication with the customer for day to day installation activities with a continuous coordination with the Field Supervisor.
- Manages the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
- Performs the reception, checking and storage of materials. Ensures the security of the delivered equipment by means of correct storage and site handling.
- Carries out the installation according to pre-determined method instruction and schedule
- Responsible for high quality and timely installation of the equipment following KONE installation methods throughout the installation process described mainly in AM instructions.
- Is responsible for reporting installation progress to the Field supervisor.
- Keeps the installation tooling safe and in good condition.
- Promotes quality feedback forms and proactive contributes to the ongoing improvement of the product by feedback to the supply line.
- Fast reaction to unexpected events by communication to Field Supervisor.
- Apply lean principles to avoid interruptions at work and consistently follow and promote huddles initiatives.
- Hold Diploma in Engineering or ITI/Vocational Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in the elevator and escalator industry, including significant involvement in high-rise projects.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and supervising on-site teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with contractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with a focus on design accuracy, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
