شركة بارسونز كوربوريشن تبحث عن أخصائي نظم معلومات جغرافية (GIS) أول للعمل في مكة المكرمة، السعودية، للمساهمة في مشاريع واسعة النطاق باستخدام تحليلات وقواعد بيانات GIS المتقدمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم شاغل الوظيفة بتطبيق مبادئ وتقنيات GIS لتنفيذ مهام معقدة ومتنوعة، بما في ذلك إنشاء قواعد البيانات المكانية وصيانتها وتحديثها، وإنتاج خرائط تفصيلية تدعم التحليل المكاني وعمليات اتخاذ القرار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إعداد ومراجعة وتنفيذ خطط GIS على مستوى البرنامج أو المشروع.
- إنشاء وصيانة الخرائط الرقمية لمشاريع متعددة باستخدام إمكانيات GIS.
- قيادة تحليل البيانات وإدخالها وتنظيفها لاكتشاف الأنماط والاتجاهات في البيانات الجغرافية المكانية وتحسين دقتها.
- تطبيق تقنيات المعالجة الجغرافية لتحليل البيانات المكانية وحل المشكلات الجغرافية.
- تحديد قواعد الطوبولوجيا لضمان سلامة البيانات ودقتها.
- الارتقاء باكتمال البيانات لضمان تحليل مكاني موثوق.
- إجراء التحرير والرقمنة الأساسية والمتقدمة لتحويل الخرائط التناظرية إلى صيغة رقمية.
- استخدام تطبيقات سطح المكتب والويب للتحليل المكاني ومشاركة البيانات.
- استخدام منصات العمل لتحويل البيانات الجغرافية المكانية.
- تطوير تطبيقات GIS مخصصة لدعم الفريق في حل المشكلات المكانية.
- صياغة أحكام خاصة ومراجعة أنظمة وقواعد البيانات للامتثال تحت الإشراف.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب لأعضاء الفريق في إنتاج الأعمال، بما في ذلك مراجعة مخرجات GIS والمساهمة في أدلة/فيديوهات التدريب على برامج GIS.
- تقديم التدريب والتوجيه للموظفين المبتدئين على برامج وتطبيقات GIS.
- مراجعة مخرجات الزملاء الأقل خبرة.
- العمل كمستشار للإدارة العليا وموظفي الإنتاج في المسائل المتعلقة بالعمل.
- مساعدة الفريق في الرد على استفسارات وطلبات العملاء.
- تقديم المدخلات للعملاء أو الجهات الأخرى في نفس المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لقيادة البيانات/التحليل المكاني لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- التواصل مع الأقسام الأخرى بانتظام بشأن مهام العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في GIS على مشاريع واسعة النطاق ومشاريع البنية التحتية.
- شهادة معتمدة في GIS (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على العمل عن كثب مع فرق التخطيط الرئيسي وتصميم المناظر الطبيعية لتحديد وإدارة سير عمل GIS الفني.
- إتقان مجموعة واسعة من مهام GIS بما في ذلك تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة وقواعد بيانات للحفاظ على البيانات الجغرافية المكانية، وإجراء التحليلات المكانية، وإنشاء الخرائط، ومعالجة البيانات الميدانية، وضمان مراقبة الجودة.
- دعم الاستوديو بمتطلبات CAD وBIM وMicroStation اليومية.
- خبرة في العمل دولياً (يفضل المملكة العربية السعودية).

What You'll Be Doing
- Leads the preparation, review, and execution of GIS implementation/management plans at the program/project level.
- Leads, creates and maintains digital maps for various projects using GIS capabilities.
- Leads effective data analysis, input and data cleansing to uncover patterns, trends, and insights in geospatial data to improve the quality and accuracy of geospatial data.
- Leads geoprocessing techniques to manipulate and analyze geospatial data, creating new information to solve geographical problems.
- Leads the definition of topology rules to enforce data integrity and accuracy.
- Leads efforts to advance data completeness for reliable spatial analysis and decision-making.
- Leads basic and advanced editing and digitization to achieve accurate conversion of analog maps or geospatial data into digital format.
- Leads the responsible usage of desktop and web applications for spatial analysis and data sharing.
- Leads the usage of workbenches for transforming and converting geospatial data.
- Develops custom GIS applications to support team in determining solutions to identified spatial problems.
- Drafts special provisions and reviews for system and database for compliance, with oversight.
- Provides technical guidance and training to team members in work production efforts including reviewing GIS deliverables, contributing to training manuals/videos for GIS software, and guide task team’s usage of systems, software, and databases.
- Provides technical guidance, training and coaching to junior staff on GIS software and applications.
- Checks deliverables from equal or less-experienced team members.
- May perform in an advisory capacity to senior management and production staff on related work matters.
- Assists team in responding to client queries and requests.
- Provides input to clients/others working on same project.
- Collaborates with project teams to lead spatial data/analysis for decision making.
- Interfaces with other departments regularly, on matters relating to work assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, data management or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in GIS on large-scale projects and infrastructure projects.
- Licenses and Certifications
- GIS related certification is preferred.
- work closely with the Master planning and Landscape teams to define and manage technical GIS workflows that enhance and improve our current procedures; Perform a wide variety of GIS tasks, including designing, developing, and implementing systems and databases to maintain geospatial data, conducting geospatial analysis, creating maps, processing field data, and confirming quality control. Additionally, you will support the studio with other day-to-day requirements in CAD, BIM and MicroStation works.
- Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA).
