تسعى Parsons Corporation إلى تعيين مدير BIM أول (Senior BIM Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستتولى دعم أنشطة التصميم المعماري والتنسيق الفني وإدارة BIM عبر مخرجات المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أنشطة التصميم المعماري، بما في ذلك التنسيق المعماري والتصميم الداخلي الأساسي.
- إنتاج ومراجعة رسومات CAD ونماذج BIM والتصيير (renderings) وفقاً لمتطلبات المشروع.
- وضع وصيانة إرشادات التصميم المعماري ومعايير BIM.
- مراجعة المستندات المعمارية والإنشائية للتأكد من دقتها ومطابقتها وتنسيقها.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وفرض إجراءات وسير عمل BIM عبر المشروع.
- تنسيق نماذج BIM عبر التخصصات لضمان مخرجات خالية من التعارضات ومنسقة.
- دعم فرق المشروع بالإرشادات التقنية وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بـ BIM.
- أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتقان متقدم في CAD وRevit وبرامج التصميم الرقمية الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة (أو خبرة عمل معادلة).
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 15 سنة في المجال ذي الصلة.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات النمذجة (BIM modeling) والتنسيق والمراجعة.
- معرفة معمارية وتصميمية أساسية تنطبق على الأصول البسيطة والمتوسطة الحجم.
- خبرة واسعة في مراجعة نماذج BIM والوحدات المعمارية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في وضع خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEP) ومعايير BIM الخاصة بالمشروع.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين وفرق الإنشاء.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وعقلية مراقبة الجودة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة مع القدرة على شرح مفاهيم BIM التقنية بوضوح.
- خبرة في المشاريع واسعة النطاق أو متعددة التخصصات (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior BIM Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will support architectural design, technical coordination, and BIM management activities across project deliverables.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supports architectural design activities, including basic architectural and interior design coordination.
- Produces and reviews CAD drawings, BIM models, and renderings in line with project requirements.
- Establishes and maintains architectural design guidelines and BIM standards.
- Reviews architectural and construction documents for accuracy, compliance, and coordination.
- Develops, implements, and enforces BIM procedures and workflows across the project.
- Coordinates BIM models across disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated outputs.
- Supports project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and best practices.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Expert-level proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other relevant digital design software.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- 15+ years related work experience
- Strong knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and review processes.
- Basic architectural and design knowledge applicable to simple and medium-scale assets.
- Extensive experience reviewing BIM models and architectural modules.

- Experience establishing BIM execution plans (BEP) and project BIM standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical BIM concepts clearly.
- Experience on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects is an advantage.
