شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي رئيسي (Lead Mechanical Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير الأنظمة الميكانيكية للمشاريع وضمان الامتثال للمعايير والكودات ومتطلبات العميل.
- إدارة الجوانب الميكانيكية للمشاريع من التصور إلى الإنجاز، بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية والتنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والخبرة في تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل الأنظمة الميكانيكية وحل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة.
- ضمان جودة وسلامة التصاميم والتركيبات الميكانيكية من خلال المراجعات الشاملة وعمليات التفتيش وبروتوكولات الاختبار.
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق من المهندسين والمصممين الميكانيكيين وتعزيز نموهم المهني وضمان معايير أداء عالية.
- التعاون مع المقاولين والموردين لشراء المعدات والمواد الميكانيكية وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والجداول الزمنية.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة ووضع استراتيجيات للتخفيف منها لضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء فيما يتعلق بالأنظمة الميكانيكية ومعالجة مخاوفهم وتقديم الخبرة الفنية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة التي تحكم تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- مواكبة التقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في الهندسة الميكانيكية وتنفيذ الحلول المبتكرة ودفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز نتائج المشاريع وكفاءتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في تسجيل مهندسي MMUP (UPDA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 14 عاماً في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع التركيز على الإشراف على أعمال البناء.
- يفضل بشدة الخبرة في مشاريع الملاعب أو الأماكن العامة الكبيرة.
- يفضل الخبرة في أدوار إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان برامج الهندسة مثل AutoCAD وRevit وبرامج نمذجة MEP لتصميم وتحليل أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة والحماية من الحرائق.
- فهم شامل لأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) بما في ذلك مبادئ التصميم وطرق التركيب والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- الإلمام بكودات البناء واللوائح والمعايير التي تحكم الأنظمة الميكانيكية وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات المحلية والوطنية والدولية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع للإشراف على المشاريع الميكانيكية بما في ذلك التخطيط وإعداد الميزانيات والجدولة والتنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات لتحديد وحل المشكلات الفنية المعقدة المتعلقة بأنظمة MEP وضمان تسليم المشاريع بكفاءة وفعالية.
- يفضل إلمام بنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) وخاصة SAP كمتطلب للنجاح في هذا الدور.

- Manage mechanical aspects of projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in mechanical systems design, installation, and operation, resolving complex engineering challenges as they arise.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of mechanical designs and installations through thorough reviews, inspections, and testing protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules.
- Identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding mechanical systems, addressing their concerns, and providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing mechanical systems design, installation, and operation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering, implementing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional certificate in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) is preferred.
- 14+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on construction oversight.
- Experience in stadium or large public venue projects is strongly preferred
- Experience in PMC roles is preferred.
- Mastery of engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP modeling software for designing and analyzing MEP systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design principles, installation methods, and operational requirements.
- Mastery of engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical modeling software for designing and analyzing mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards governing mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international requirements.
- Strong project management abilities to oversee mechanical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other disciplines and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to MEP systems, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
