شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس تصميم نقل أول (Senior Transportation Design Engineer) للعمل في تبوك، السعودية. يتولى المرشح تقديم المراجعة الفنية لمشاريع الطرق الرئيسية والبنية التحتية للطرق السريعة، مع فهم متعدد التخصصات لهندسة النقل والصرف والمنشآت والجيوتقنية وهندسة المرور والواجهات الخدمية لدعم تطوير التصميم وأنشطة الضمان الفني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء المراجعة الفنية لتصاميم الطرق السريعة والطرق والتقاطعات والبنية التحتية.
- مراجعة وتنسيق مخرجات الهندسة متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك حزم النقل والصرف والمنشآت والجيوتقنية والمرافق وهندسة المرور.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع وكود الطرق السعودي (SHC) ومعايير وزارة النقل (MOT) ومواصفات AASHTO والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة.
- مراجعة تقارير التصميم والرسومات والحسابات والمواصفات وجداول الكميات (BOQs) والدراسات الفنية.
- التنسيق مع استشاريي التصميم والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة خلال جميع مراحل التصميم.
- تقييم المقترحات الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال هندسة النقل والطرق السريعة.
- خبرة في برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى والطرق السريعة والتقاطعات والجسور والنقل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية متعددة التخصصات.
- إتقان استخدام برامج Civil 3D و OpenRoads و AutoCAD و MicroStation و HEC-RAS و HEC-HMS والبرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو العميل أو الاستشارات التصميمية.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Transportation Design Engineer to provide technical review for major road and highway infrastructure projects. The role requires a multidisciplinary understanding of transportation engineering, drainage, structures, geotechnics, traffic engineering, and utility interfaces to support design development and technical assurance activities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out the technical review of highway, roadway, interchange, and infrastructure designs.
- Review and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering submissions, including transportation, drainage, structural, geotechnical, utilities, and traffic engineering packages.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, Saudi Highway Code (SHC), MOT standards, AASHTO, and relevant international standards.
- Review design reports, drawings, calculations, specifications, BOQs, and technical studies.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders during all design stages.
- Evaluate technical proposals
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering., or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in transportation and highway engineering.
- Experience in major infrastructure, highways, interchanges, bridges, and transportation programs.
- Experience reviewing multidisciplinary engineering designs.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and related engineering software.
- Experience working within PMC, client, or design consultancy environment
