فندق رافلز البحر الأحمر (Raffles The Red Sea)، أحد فنادق رافلز للفنادق والمنتجعات، يبحث عن مساعد مدير أمن (Assistant Security Manager) للانضمام إلى فريق الأمن في أملج، تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل هذا الدور مسؤولية دعم مدير الأمن في الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة للضيوف والموظفين والأصول، مع الإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية وتنفيذ بروتوكولات أمنية شاملة في منتجع فاخر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات والبروتوكولات الأمنية وفقاً للوائح السعودية والمعايير الدولية للضيافة.
- الإشراف على وتنسيق أعمال طاقم الأمن، بما في ذلك الجدولة والتدريب ومراقبة الأداء، وعقد إحاطات دورية حول الإجراءات الأمنية والاستجابة للحوادث.
- مراقبة أنظمة الأمن مثل كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول وأجهزة الإنذار لضمان الأداء الأمثل والتغطية في جميع أنحاء المنتجع.
- إجراء تقييمات منتظمة للمخاطر وتحليل التهديدات لتحديد نقاط الضعف والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الاستجابة للحوادث الأمنية والطوارئ واستفسارات الضيuff بمهنية وحسم، مع توثيق جميع الحوادث وإعداد تقارير مفصلة.
- التجول في المنتجع بانتظام لضمان الالتزام بالبروتوكولات الأمنية وتحديد المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات المحلية لإنفاذ القانون وخدمات الطوارئ عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أمنية دقيقة وتقارير الحوادث وسجلات الموظفين.
- المساعدة في تنظيم برامج التدريب الأمني والتدريبات للموظفين والضيوف.
- تحليل البيانات والاتجاهات الأمنية لتحسين العمليات الأمنية وتوزيع الموارد.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح الأمنية السعودية وسياسات الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة الأمن، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة أو المنتجعات الفاخرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على فرق أمنية وقيادتها.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأمن، بما في ذلك كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول وأجهزة الإنذار.
- قدرة مثبتة على تحليل التهديدات الأمنية وتطوير استراتيجيات استجابة فعالة.
- مهارات ممتازة في الاستجابة للحوادث وإدارة الأزمات.
- فهم شامل للوائح الأمنية السعودية ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على التفاعل المهني مع الضيوف والموظفين.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة الأمن وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

- لياقة بدنية والقدرة على أداء جولات تفتيش منتظمة في المنتجع.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية مفضلة.

- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations and international hospitality standards
- Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and conduct regular briefings on security procedures and incident response
- Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality and coverage across the property
- Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and decisiveness, documenting all incidents and preparing detailed reports
- Patrol the resort property regularly to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential security risks
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and personnel records
- Assist in organizing security training programs and drills for staff and guests
- Analyze security data and trends to optimize security operations and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian security regulations and company policies
- Minimum 3-5 years of security management experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry
- Proven experience in supervising and leading security teams
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze security threats and develop effective response strategies
- Excellent incident response and crisis management skills
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian security regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
- Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Physical fitness and ability to perform regular property patrols
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
- Knowledge of international security standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
