فندق رافلز جدة، أحد أبرز فنادق السلسلة الفاخرة، يبحث عن مساعد مدير خدمة الغرف الداخلية (In-Room Dining) للإشراف على تجربة تناول الطعام داخل الغرف وضمان أعلى مستويات الخدمة والجودة لضيوف الفندق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على عمليات خدمة الغرف اليومية (صباحًا، مساءً، وفترة الليل) ومهام التنظيف وفقًا لسياسات التشغيل الموحدة (SOP)، مع طلب المستلزمات اللازمة.
  • التنسيق بين النُدُل والضيوف والمطبخ لضمان سلاسة الخدمة.
  • الإشراف على اختيار الضيوف وضمان التوزيع المناسب للطلبات.
  • المسؤولية عن جدولة المناوبات وتجهيز منطقة تقديم الطعام.
  • الإشراف على تجهيز المائدة لخدمة الوجبات.
  • التواجد في قاعة الطعام أثناء المناوبة والترحيب بالضيوف والتفاعل معهم.
  • إعداد جداول المناوبات حسب إشغال الفندق والمناسبات الخاصة.
  • التعامل مع ملاحظات الضيوف وحلها بشكل بناء.
  • الإلمام الكامل بقائمة الطعام.
  • تقديم المساعدة في منافذ الأطعمة والمشروبات الأخرى عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على جرد المعدات والمفروشات والمستلزمات الأخرى.
  • مراقبة نظام نقاط البيع (POS) فيما يتعلق بفواتير الضيوف وتقارير الفندق.
  • تحمل مسؤوليات إضافية في حال غياب مدير المطعم.
  • أداء مهام أخرى حسب المتطلبات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في دور مساعد مدير أطعمة ومشروبات أو مشرف في بيئة عمل فندقية 5 نجوم.
  • مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء.
  • مهارات تواصل واضحة وموجزة كتابيًا وشفهيًا باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Word وExcel).
  • مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية وإدارية ممتازة مع اهتمام بالغ بالتفاصيل.
  • معرفة بالأطعمة والمشروبات وتقنيات التحضير ولوائح الصحة والقوانين المتعلقة بالمشروبات الكحولية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قيادية وإشرافية في مجال الأطعمة والمشروبات.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي بيئة سريعة.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.

Job Description

The Assistant In-Room Dining Manager oversees the operations and the in-room dining experience for all guests, and ensures guest satisfaction with service, order taking, delivery, as well as menu and beverage descriptions.

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
  • Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Act as liaison between servers, guests, and kitchen.
  • Oversee and assist daily operations (morning, evening, overnight), cleaning duties within corporate SOP format, and requisition of necessary supplies
  • Oversee guest selection and ensure proper placement and distribution
  • Responsible for Shift staffing and table dressing area
  • Supervise tabletop presentation for meal service
  • Floor presence during shift, greeting and interaction with guests
  • Prepare shift schedules according to Hotel occupancy and special functions
  • Handle and resolve constructive guest feedback
  • Complete menu knowledge
  • May assist in other F&B outlet when needed
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, linen and other supplies
  • Monitor and control POS system with regards to guest checks and hotel reports
  • Assume additional responsibilities in Restaurant Manager's absence
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills are required.

  • Previous experience in an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisory role preferably in a 5 star/diamond environment
  • Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Word and Excel.
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills and excellent attention to detail is required.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage, preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations
