Raffles The Red Sea، إحدى وجهات الضيافة الفاخرة ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الطموح في المملكة العربية السعودية، تبحث عن مدير عمليات ذو خبرة ورؤية لقيادة العمليات في منتجعنا الفاخر بأملج، تبوك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسياسات تشغيلية شاملة تتوافق مع أهداف المؤسسة ومعايير الضيافة الفاخرة.
- الإشراف على جميع أقسام العمليات بما في ذلك مكتب الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي والأغذية والمشروبات والصيانة والأمن، وضمان التنسيق والكفاءة بينها.
- إدارة الميزانيات التشغيلية ومراقبة الأداء المالي وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لتحسين الربحية وتوزيع الموارد.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير أعضاء فريق العمليات، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح المحلية وبروتوكولات السلامة والمعايير الدولية للضيافة الخاصة بالعمليات في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الحفاظ على مستويات رضا الضيوف وتعزيزها من خلال تنفيذ برامج ضمان الجودة ومعالجة التحديات التشغيلية بشكل استباقي.
- إدارة علاقات الموردين والتفاوض على العقود والإشراف على المشتريات لضمان فعالية التكلفة دون المساس بالجودة.
- إجراء تفتيش دوري للمنشأة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للحفاظ على معايير المرافق ومناطق خدمة الضيوف.
- التعاون مع القيادة العليا لتعزيز تحسين الإيرادات والكفاءة التشغيلية ومبادرات النمو الاستراتيجي.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير تشغيلية مفصلة ومقاييس الأداء وتوصيات للإدارة التنفيذية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة العمليات ضمن بيئات الضيافة الفاخرة.
- سجل مثبت في إدارة عمليات المنتجعات أو الفنادق واسعة النطاق بميزانيات تصل إلى ملايين الدولارات.
- خبرة واضحة في إدارة P&L والتحليل المالي وتحسين الميزانيات.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق مع القدرة على إلهام وتطوير فرق ذات أداء عالٍ.
- معرفة شاملة بعمليات الضيافة ومعايير خدمة الضيوف وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.
- خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الفنادق (PMS) ومنصات التكنولوجيا الخاصة بالضيافة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة مع اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية متميزة مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية عبر المستويات التنظيمية.
- المعرفة بممارسات الأعمال واللوائح والاعتبارات الثقافية في المملكة العربية السعودية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والقدرة المؤكدة على تنفيذ التحسينات التشغيلية وعمليات التحسين.
- الكفاءة في تحليل البيانات وتفسير مقاييس الأداء.
- المرونة والقدرة على التكيف مع بيئة ضيافة فاخرة ديناميكية وسريعة الوتيرة.
- فهم توقعات الضيوف فائقي الفخامة (Ultra-Luxury) والتوافق مع العلامة التجارية.
- خبرة في التنسيق والجدولة ومراقبة المستندات خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح (Pre-Opening).

- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies and policies that align with organizational objectives and luxury hospitality standards
- Oversee all operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency
- Manage operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize profitability and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety protocols, and international hospitality standards specific to Saudi Arabian operations
- Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction levels by implementing quality assurance programs and addressing operational challenges proactively
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain facility standards and guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to executive management
- Minimum 10 years of progressive operations management experience in luxury hospitality environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale resort or hotel operations with multi-million dollar budgets
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial analysis, and budget optimization
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations, guest service standards, and industry best practices
- Experience with property management systems and hospitality technology platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices, regulations, and cultural considerations is highly desirable
- Project management experience and proven ability to implement operational improvements and process optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics interpretation
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
