شركة Rixos Hotels تعلن عن وظيفة فني حمامات سباحة (Pool Technician) في مكة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيام بالفحص اليومي وتشغيل حمامات السباحة، حمامات الأطفال، والنوافير المائية، بالإضافة إلى غرف المعدات المرتبطة بها.
- اختبار وتسجيل معايير مياه حمامات السباحة مثل pH، الكلور الحر، الكلور المركب، درجة الحرارة، وغيرها من المعايير المطلوبة.
- ضبط جرعات المواد الكيميائية للحفاظ على جودة المياه ضمن الحدود التشغيلية الآمنة والمعتمدة.
- مراقبة نقاء المياه، الدورة الدموية، الترشيح، وتوازن حمام السباحة طوال فترة الوردية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات يومية دقيقة لاختبارات المياه واستهلاك المواد الكيميائية.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حالة مياه غير آمنة أو قراءات غير طبيعية، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب التوجيهات.
- فحص وتشغيل وصيانة مضخات الدورة الدموية، أنظمة الترشيح، المصافي، الصمامات، المبادلات الحرارية، ومعدات الجرعات.
- تنفيذ عمليات الغسيل العكسي الدورية، تنظيف المرشحات، تنظيف المصافي، وأعمال الصيانة الوقائية.
- الكشف عن التسريبات، الأصوات غير الطبيعية، الاهتزازات، تغيرات الضغط، مشاكل التدفق، وأعطال المعدات.
- إجراء الإصلاحات الطفيفة واستبدال المكونات الميكانيكية لحمام السباحة في حدود المؤهلات والصلاحيات.
- دعم صيانة سخانات حمامات السباحة، المبردات، أنظمة الأشعة فوق البنفسجية، أنظمة الجرعات الأوتوماتيكية، والمعدات ذات الصلة.
- التنسيق مع مشرفي الهندسة للإصلاحات الكبيرة، قطع الغيار، أو متطلبات المقاولين المتخصصين.
- التعامل الآمن مع مواد كيميائية حمامات السباحة وتخزينها واستخدامها وفقًا لـ SDS/MSDS وإجراءات السلامة الفندقية.
- استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) المطلوبة أثناء التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية وأعمال الصيانة.
- ضمان أن تكون غرف المواد الكيميائية وغرف المعدات نظيفة، منظمة، جيدة التهوية، آمنة، وخالية من الظروف غير الآمنة.
- عدم خلط المواد الكيميائية غير المتوافقة، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي انسكابات أو تسريبات أو ظروف غير آمنة.
- الحفاظ على الملصقات والتخزين المناسبين لجميع مواد معالجة حمامات السباحة.
- إكمال مهام الصيانة الوقائية المخصصة وفقًا لجدول الصيانة الهندسية ونظام CMMS.
- الاستجابة الفورية لأوامر العمل المتعلقة بحمامات السباحة والشكاوى التشغيلية.
- تسجيل أنشطة الصيانة المنجزة، العيوب، القراءات، والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- المساعدة في استكشاف مشاكل جودة المياه والمعدات المتكررة.
- دعم أنشطة الإغلاق والتنظيف والإصلاح وإعادة الفتح عند الحاجة.
- التأكد من جاهزية أنظمة حمامات السباحة قبل ساعات التشغيل اليومية.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الترفيه، رجال الإنقاذ، التدبير المنزلي، والهندسة بشأن حالة حمامات السباحة ومتطلبات الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني أو مؤهل مهني في مجال الميكانيكا أو الكهرباء أو السباكة أو معالجة المياه أو مجال تقني ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة سابقة كفني حمامات سباحة أو فني معالجة مياه أو في دور صيانة مماثل (يفضل).
- الخبرة في الفنادق أو المنتجعات أو المتنزهات المائية أو مرافق الترفيه أو عمليات حمامات السباحة الكبيرة تعتبر ميزة.
- معرفة أساسية بكيمياء مياه حمامات السباحة والترشيح والدورة الدموية والمضخات والصمامات وأنظمة الجرعات الكيميائية.
- القدرة على فهم الأدلة الفنية الأساسية وتعليمات المعدات وإجراءات السلامة.
- مهارات تواصل أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد لمعالجة مياه حمامات السباحة والتوازن الكيميائي.

Job Description
Pool Operation & Water Quality
- Perform daily inspection and operation of swimming pools, kids pools, water features, and associated plant rooms.
- Test and record pool water parameters including pH, free chlorine, combined chlorine, temperature, and other required parameters.
- Adjust chemical dosing to maintain water quality within approved operational and safety limits.
- Monitor water clarity, circulation, filtration, and pool balance throughout the shift.
- Maintain accurate daily pool water testing and chemical consumption records.
- Immediately report any unsafe water condition or abnormal reading and take corrective action as instructed.
- Inspect, operate, and maintain pool circulation pumps, filtration systems, strainers, valves, heat exchangers, and dosing equipment.
- Carry out routine backwashing, filter cleaning, strainer cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, pressure changes, flow problems, and equipment failures.
- Perform minor repairs and replacement of pool mechanical components where qualified and authorized.
- Support maintenance of pool heaters, chillers, UV systems, automatic dosing systems, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with Engineering supervisors for major repairs, spare parts, or specialist contractor requirements.
- Safely handle, store, and use swimming pool chemicals in accordance with SDS/MSDS requirements and hotel safety procedures.
- Use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling chemicals and carrying out maintenance.
- Ensure chemical rooms and pool plant rooms are clean, organized, ventilated, secure, and free from unsafe conditions.
- Never mix incompatible chemicals and immediately report spills, leaks, or unsafe chemical conditions.
- Maintain proper labeling and storage of all pool treatment chemicals.
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks according to the Engineering maintenance schedule and CMMS.
- Respond promptly to pool-related work orders and operational complaints.
- Record completed maintenance activities, defects, readings, and corrective actions.
- Assist in troubleshooting recurring pool water quality and equipment issues.
- Support shutdown, cleaning, repair, and reopening activities when required.
- Ensure pool systems are ready before daily operating hours.
- Coordinate with Recreation, Lifeguards, Housekeeping, and Engineering regarding pool conditions and maintenance requirements.
- Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Treatment, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Pool Technician, Water Treatment Technician, or similar maintenance role is preferred.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, waterparks, leisure facilities, or large swimming pool operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of swimming pool water chemistry, filtration, circulation, pumps, valves, and chemical dosing systems.
- Ability to understand basic technical manuals, equipment instructions, and safety procedures.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
