مطلوب ممرض/ممرضة قانوني/ة (Registered Nurse) للعمل في شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية بفروعها في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة قائمة على الأدلة، والعمل ضمن فريق طبي متكامل لضمان أفضل نتائج علاجية للمرضى.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المسؤول عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية ممتازة قائمة على الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة للمرضى في بيئة سريرية، تشمل تقييم المشكلات والاحتياجات الصحية، وضع وتنفيذ خطط الرعاية التمريضية، والحفاظ على السجلات الطبية. يعمل الممرض/الممرضة القانوني/ة بشكل وثيق مع الأطباء والممرضين الآخرين ومتخصصي الرعاية الصحية لضمان رعاية مثلى للمرضى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التقييمات الأولية والمستمرة للحالة الصحية للمريض، بما في ذلك الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط الرعاية الفردية بناءً على تقييمات المريض وبالتعاون مع فريق الرعاية الصحية.
  • إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب وصف الأطباء، ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
  • العناية بالجروح، بما فيها التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
  • مساعدة الأطباء والمتخصصين أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • مراقبة حالة المرضى وتسجيلها، بما يشمل التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوك، وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغيرات جوهرية.
  • الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة وتقديم الرعاية الفورية حسب الحاجة.
  • إجراء الجولات الهادفة للتمريض للتأكد من تلبية احتياجات المرضى ومنع المضاعفات وتحسين جودة الرعاية.
  • الالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى الصارمة، بما في ذلك نظافة اليدين، واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية، والتعامل السليم مع المواد الخطرة.
  • المشاركة في مراقبة مكافحة العدوى والإبلاغ للمساعدة في منع العدوى المكتسبة داخل المنشأة.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة متعلقات المريض ومعداته وفق سياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • اتباع البروتوكولات المحددة لحالات الطوارئ المختلفة (مثل رموز الطوارئ وفريق الاستجابة السريعة)، مع ضمان سلامة المريض وفعالية الاستجابة.
  • الابتكار في رعاية المرضى وتطبيق الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة لتحسين النتائج العلاجية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات رعاية دقيقة ومفصلة للمرضى، بما فيها الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
  • التواصل الفعال مع المرضى والعائلات والفريق الصحي لضمان رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
  • التعاون مع متخصصي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين لضمان استمرارية الرعاية وتكاملها.
  • تقديم الدعم العاطفي للمرضى وعائلاتهم ومعالجة المخاوف وتقديم الطمأنينة في الأوقات العصيبة.
  • الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وتفضيلاتهم وضمان احترام حقوقهم وإيصال أصواتهم.
  • المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمر للبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الممارسات والتطورات الطبية.
  • احترام الخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة ودمج قيم المريض ومعتقداته في تخطيط الرعاية.
  • الإشراف على أعمال الموظفين المبتدئين والطلاب في التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة.
  • التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات، بما في ذلك الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
  • تحديد ومعالجة المشكلات أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في الحلول والتحسينات في الممارسة.
  • أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
  • أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • المساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب التوعوي والمبادرات لمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية.
  • الالتزام بقواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمعايير الأخلاقية.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ الانتهاء.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة مع الآخرين وروح خدمة عالية.
  • القدرة على إدارة ضغوط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق.
  • مهارات حاسوبية (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, طباعة وغيرها).
  • مهارات إدارية (تحضير جداول الأعمال وتوثيق محاضر الاجتماعات ومسح المستندات وغيرها).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الخبرة: سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة السريرية. الموظفون الجدد ذوو الخبرة الأقل من عام سيلتحقون ببرنامج الإقامة التمريضية (خاص بخريجي فقيه).
  • التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
  • اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • التراخيص/الشهادات: رخصة من بلد المنشأ، رخصة ممارسة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، بالإضافة إلى شهادات BLS و ACLS وغيرها من دورات دعم الحياة الأساسية حسب المتطلبات.

Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care that transforms lives through excellent evidence-based practices to patients in a clinical setting. The role includes assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The Registered Nurse works closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Clinical Duties:
  • Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
  • Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
  • Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
  • Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
  • Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
  • Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
  • Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
  • Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
  • Supportive Duties:
  • Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
  • Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
  • Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
  • Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
  • Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
  • Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements in practice
  • Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

Experience

  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience
  • RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

Language

Excellent command of the English language and Arabic is a plus.

Licenses / Certifications

License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
