تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس طرق (Road Engineer) في مدينة الرياض، للإشراف على أنشطة إنشاء الطرق وإدارة العمليات الميدانية لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات ومعايير الجودة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يشرف مهندس الطرق ويدير أنشطة إنشاء الطرق بما في ذلك أعمال الحفر وطبقات الرصف والصرف الصحي والمرافق وتحويلات المرور، ويضمن الامتثال للمواصفات ومعايير الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف اليومي على أعمال إنشاء الطرق: الحفر، الطبقة التحتية (subgrade)، طبقة الأساس الحصوية (GSB)، طبقة الأساس (sub-base)، الأسفلت.
  • مراجعة الرسومات وضمان التنفيذ الصحيح في الموقع.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة مع فرق المسح وضمان الجودة والسلامة.
  • مراقبة جودة المواد واستخدام المعدات ومعدلات الإنتاج.
  • تقديم تقارير يومية عن التقدم وإبراز المشكلات الفنية.
  • المساعدة في إدارة حركة المرور والتحويلات المؤقتة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير AASHTO و ASTM ومواصفات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في الإشراف على إنشاء الطرق.
  • فهم قوي لمواد الرصف والتدرج ومعايير الدمك (compaction).
  • الإلمام بأعمال المسح وتركيب شبكات الصرف الصحي.

Overview

The Road Engineer supervises and manages road construction activities including earthworks, pavement layers, drainage, utilities, and traffic diversions. Ensures compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Your role

  • Supervise daily road construction works: excavation, subgrade, GSB, sub-base, asphalt.
  • Review drawings and ensure correct site implementation.
  • Coordinate activities with survey, QA/QC, and safety teams.
  • Monitor material quality, equipment usage, and production rates.
  • Report daily progress and highlight technical issues.
  • Assist with traffic management and temporary diversions.
  • Ensure compliance with AASHTO, ASTM, and project standards.

About You

  • Bachelor's'in Civil Engineering.
  • 5-10 years' road construction supervision experience.
  • Strong understanding of pavement materials, grading, and compaction standards.
  • Familiarity with surveying and drainage installation.
