تعلن شركة ADES - Advanced Energy Systems عن توفر وظيفة Welder (لحام) في السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن أداء مهام اللحام والقطع والتصنيع لإصلاح وصيانة وإنشاء الهياكل والمعدات المعدنية وأنظمة الأنابيب على متن منصة الحفر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء مهام اللحام والقطع واللحام بالنحاس والحرق حسب الحاجة، بما في ذلك تحضير الموقع ومناولة المواد.
  • الحصول على تصاريح العمل اللازمة قبل البدء في اللحام الكهربائي أو استخدام معدات الطحن، واستكمال الأوراق المطلوبة وفقًا لذلك.
  • ضمان وجود مراقب حرائق عند الحاجة وفقًا لإجراءات العميل والشركة.
  • فحص الوصلات الملحومة للكشف عن العيوب المرئية، والأبعاد الصحيحة، وتشكيل اللحام، واختراق اللحام، ومطابقتها لأمر العمل ومواصفات التخطيط.
  • تنفيذ إصلاحات أو إنشاءات أو تعديلات على معدات وهياكل المنصة وفقًا للمعايير المطبقة.
  • تصنيع وتركيب أقسام جديدة من الأنابيب والصلب وفقًا للوائح الصناعة.
  • المساعدة في المهام غير المتعلقة باللحام حسب توجيهات المشرف لضمان عمليات آمنة وفعالة.
  • الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي تلف في المعدات لمشرفي المنصة.
  • الحفاظ على معدات اللحام والقطع بما في ذلك أسطوانات الأكسجين والأسيتيلين بحالة نظيفة وآمنة وقابلة للاستخدام.
  • الحفاظ على ورشة اللحام في حالة نظيفة ومرتبة وخالية من المخاطر.
  • التخلص من النفايات وفقًا لسياسة فصل المواد الخطرة وسياسة إدارة النفايات مع مراعاة الجوانب البيئية والسلامة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة (تقارير وسجلات) لأنشطة اللحام والمواد التي تم العمل عليها للمساعدة في عملية التحكم في الوزن.
  • الإبلاغ عن أوزان الصلب المضافة والمزالة إلى مشرف البارجة لحسابات الإضافات الخفيفة للسفينة.
  • التأكد من أن شهادة اعتماد اللحام الشخصية محدثة ومتوافقة مع معايير الشركة.
  • ضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ من المواد الاستهلاكية لعمليات اللحام والتصنيع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من التعليم: ثانوية عامة أو تعليم مهني/تقني.
  • حاصل على شهادات لحام سارية أو سابقة مثل 3G، 6G، ABS أو شهادات تصنيف أخرى.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات الحفر والإصلاح مع مقاول حفر موثوق.
  • يفضل معرفة بالتصنيع والأنابيب وخبرة في لحام الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والسبائك المعدنية المختلطة.
  • يفضل خبرة على منصات الحفر البحرية.
  • القدرة على أداء أعمال شاقة جدًا.
  • القدرة على العمل على ارتفاعات شديدة (لا يعاني من رهاب المرتفعات).
  • القدرة على العمل في الأماكن المغلقة (لا يعاني من رهاب الأماكن المغلقة).
  • التسلق المستمر (سلالم، سلالم).
  • الدفع والسحب المستمر وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة.
  • الانحناء والالتواء والوقوف باستمرار.
  • القدرة على العمل على ارتفاعات وفي مساحات محدودة.
  • القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق تحت جميع الظروف الجوية القاسية (ضوضاء/رطوبة/برد/حرارة).
  • القدرة على العمل في نوبات نهارية/ليلية بمناوبات لا تقل عن 12 ساعة.
  • شهادة ABS 6G/6GR سارية المفعول.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عملية باللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Summary

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for performing welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to repair, maintain, and construct metal structures, equipment, and piping systems onboard the rig.

Roles & Responsibilities

Rig Operations:

  • Performs various welding, cutting, brazing, and burning tasks as needed, including site preparation and material handling.
  • Obtains necessary work permits prior to commencing electric welding or using grinding equipment and completes required paperwork accordingly.
  • Ensure a fire watcher is in place, when necessary, in accordance with Client and Company procedure.
  • Inspects welded joints for visible defects, correct dimensions, bead formation, weld penetration and conformance to work order and layout specification.
  • Executes repairs, construction, or modifications to rig equipment and structures in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Fabricates and installs new sections of pipe and steel in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Assists with non-welding duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Immediately reports any equipment damage to rig supervisors.

Materials & Equipment

  • Maintains welding and cutting equipment including oxygen and acetylene bottles in a clean, safe & serviceable condition.
  • Maintains the Welder workshop in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition.
  • Disposes debris as per the company’s hazardous material segregations policy and as per waste management policy taking into consideration the environmental & safety aspects.

Documentation

  • Maintains accurate records (reports & logs) of welding activities and materials where work has taken place, to assist in the weight control process.
  • Reports steel weights added and removed to the Barge Master for light ship additions and calculation.
  • Ensures personal welding certification coding is current and complies with company standards.

Inventory Management

  • Ensures an adequate supply of consumables are available for welding and fabrication operations.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum education level required: High School or Vocational/Technical education.
  • Holds current or has evidence of expired coding certificates for example 3G, 6G or ABS or other class certification.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in drilling and workover operations with a reputable drilling contractor.
  • Knowledge of fabrication and pipework would be advantageous along with experience in welding stainless steel and mixed metal alloys.
  • Preferred to have working experience on Offshore rigs.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • Working knowledge of the English language.
  • Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform extremely heavy work.
  • Ability to work in extreme heights “does not suffer from Acrophobia”.
  • Ability to work in closed areas “does not suffer from Claustrophobia”.
  • Constantly climbing (stairs, ladders).
  • Constantly pushing & pulling in accordance with Company procedure.
  • Constantly bending, twisting, and standing.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat).
  • Ability to work in day/night shift with 12-hour minimum shifts.

Certifications

  • Valid ABS 6G/6GR Certificate.
