شركة ADES لأنظمة الطاقة المتقدمة تعلن عن وظيفة Motor Man في السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح والتركيب وإزالة المعدات، مع مراقبة المناوبات وتنظيف مساحات الماكينات مع مراعاة سلامة الأفراد والبيئة والمعدات لتعظيم كفاءة وموثوقية وسلامة عمليات الحفر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء مهام مراقبة غرفة المحركات والماكينات من خلال رصد درجات حرارة وضغوط تشغيل الماكينات، وفحص مستويات زيت التشحيم، وتسجيل السجل اليومي لجميع معدات غرفة المحركات.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي تسرب أو قراءات غير طبيعية أو اهتزازات أو أصوات إلى مشرف الوردية في أقرب وقت ممكن.
  • تشحيم الأجزاء المتحركة مثل التروس والأعمدة والمحامل على المحركات والمعدات المساعدة.
  • إجراء الصيانة الروتينية والإصلاحات الطفيفة على معدات وآلات غرفة المحركات حسب التوجيهات.
  • المساعدة في إصلاح المحركات والمعدات.
  • القيام بجرد مواد قسم الصيانة حسب التوجيهات.
  • الحفاظ على جميع الأدوات والمعدات في حالة نظيفة وقابلة للاستخدام.
  • الحفاظ على غرفة المحركات ومساحات الماكينات المرتبطة وورشة العمل نظيفة ومنظمة وخالية من المخاطر قبل وبعد الانتهاء من مهام العمل أو الإصلاحات.
  • التخلص من المخلفات وفقاً لسياسة الشركة لفصل المواد الخطرة وسياسة إدارة النفايات مع مراعاة الجوانب البيئية والسلامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • يفضل الحصول على تدريب رسمي كميكانيكي في شكل برنامج تدريب مهني متعدد السنوات.
  • يمكن قبول الشهادات الفنية ذات الصلة والخبرة في مجال النفط في منصب ذي صلة بدلاً من التدريب المهني.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في عمليات الحفر والصيانة لدى مقاول حفر ذي سمعة جيدة.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة عمل في منصات الحفر البحرية.
  • الشهادات المطلوبة وفقاً لمصفوفة تدريب ADES.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عملية باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • الوعي بالموقف، التواصل، العمل الجماعي.
  • اللياقة البدنية المطلوبة: تسلق متكرر (سلالم، درجات)، رفع ودفع وسحب متكرر وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة، انحناء والتفاف ووقوف متكرر.
  • القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق تحت جميع الظروف الجوية القاسية (ضوضاء / رطوبة / برد / حرارة).
  • القدرة على العمل على ارتفاعات وفي أماكن ضيقة.
  • القدرة على العمل في ورديات نهارية / ليلية.

Job Summary

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Carrying out all maintenance activities, repairing, installation, removal of equipment. Watchkeeping and cleaning the machinery spaces while considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency, reliability, and safety of the rig.

Roles & Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Operations:

  • Provide engine room and machinery watch keeping duties by monitoring machinery working temperatures and pressures, checking lubricating oil level readings and maintain daily log of all engine room equipment.
  • Reporting any leaks, abnormal readings, vibrations or sounds to the shift supervisor as soon as possible.
  • Lubricate moving parts such as gears, shafts, and bearings on engines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs on the engine room equipment and machinery as directed.
  • Assist with repairs to engines and equipment.

Materials & Equipment Keeping

  • Carry out stocktaking of maintenance department materials as directed.
  • Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.

Housekeeping

  • Maintain the engine room, associated machine spaces and workshop clean and organized, free of hazards prior to & upon completion of the work tasks, or repairs.
  • Disposes debris as per the company’s hazardous material segregations policy and as per waste management policy taking into consideration the environmental & safety aspects.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Formal training as mechanic in the form of a multi-year apprenticeship / training program is preferred.
  • Relevant technical certifications and experience in the oil field in related position may be considered instead of an Apprenticeship.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in drilling and workover operations with a reputable drilling contractor.
  • Preferred to have working experience on Offshore rigs.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • Working knowledge of the English language.
  • Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders).
  • Frequent lifting, pushing & pulling in accordance with Company procedure.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and standing.
  • Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat).
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in day/night shift.

Certifications

  • As per ADES Training Matrix.
