تسعى شركة WSP in the Middle East إلى توظيف مفتش ELV/ICT (سعودي الجنسية) للإشراف على مشروع مركز بيانات رئيسي يقع شرق مدينة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مفتش ELV/ICT ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى مشروع مركز بيانات ضخم شرق الرياض. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال ELV وICT بما يتوافق تماماً مع الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة واللوائح والمعايير ذات الصلة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص ومراقبة أعمال ELV وICT بما في ذلك الكابلات المنظمة وأنظمة CCTV والتحكم في الدخول وأنظمة الاتصالات.
  • التحقق من الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع في الموقع.
  • مراجعة منهجيات العمل وخطط اختبار الفحص (ITPs) ومقدمات المواد.
  • تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • إعداد تقارير الفحص والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموقع.
  • دعم متطلبات ضمان الجودة والصحة والسلامة في الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمفتش ELV/ICT في مشاريع بناء واسعة النطاق.
  • التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) - إلزامي.
  • يفضّل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع مراكز البيانات أو المشاريع الصناعية أو المشاريع الحيوية.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة ELV/ICT ومعاييرها وإجراءات الفحص.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة موقع سريعة الإيقاع.
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير.

We are seeking an experienced ELV/ICT Inspector to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all ELV and ICT works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and monitor ELV and ICT works including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and communication systems
  • Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site
  • Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals
  • Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records
  • Support quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an ELV/ICT Inspector on large-scale construction projects
  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration - mandatory
  • Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ELV/ICT systems, standards, and inspection procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
  • Good communication and reporting skills
