تعلن شركة SJ Group عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب المدير الإقليمي لقطاع المياه والبيئة (الشرق الأوسط) في منطقة الرياض، لقيادة الأعمال وتطوير العلاقات الاستراتيجية والإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع الكبرى في مجالات المياه والبيئة والنفايات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير إقليمي متمرس لقطاع المياه والبيئة في الشرق الأوسط، يتولى القيادة الاستراتيجية، ويدفع عجلة النمو التجاري، ويطور علاقات رئيسية مع العملاء، ويشرف على تسليم مشاريع كبرى في المياه والبيئة والنفايات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أعمال قطاع المياه والبيئة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط
- تطوير علاقات استراتيجية مع العملاء وفرص عمل جديدة
- قيادة عمليات تقديم العروض والمناقصات والاستراتيجيات التجارية
- الإشراف على مشاريع متوسطة وكبيرة الحجم في المياه والبيئة والنفايات
- قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات عبر عدة مواقع
- تحفيز الأداء والابتكار وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في المجال ذي الصلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الشرق الأوسط، ويفضل أن تشمل الإمارات والمملكة العربية السعودية
- خبرة قوية في مجالات المياه والبيئة و/أو النفايات
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع متوسطة وكبيرة الحجم
- خبرة قوية في تطوير الأعمال وإدارة العملاء والجوانب التجارية
- مهارات قيادة ممتازة وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير والتشريعات الصناعية ذات الصلة
- شهادة في الهندسة أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ المؤهلات المهنية مفضلة

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director - Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of major water, environmental, and waste projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the growth of our Water & Environment capabilities in the Middle East and work alongside world-class teams delivering transformative water, environmental, and infrastructure projects across the region.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director - Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of major water, environmental, and waste projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Water & Environment business across the Middle East
- Develop strategic client relationships and new business opportunities
- Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial strategies
- Oversee medium to large-scale water, environmental, and waste projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
- Drive performance, innovation, and best practice
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years’ Middle East experience, preferably including UAE and KSA
- Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects
- Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation
- Engineering, Environmental Science, or related degree; professional qualifications preferred
