نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس مرافق جافة أول (Senior Dry Utilities Engineer) ذي خبرة وكفاءة فنية عالية لقيادة تصميم وتنفيذ البنية التحتية للمرافق الجافة في مشاريع كبرى للتطوير والبنية التحتية، بما يشمل شبكات الجهد المتوسط (MV) والجهد المنخفض (LV) وإنارة الشوارع (Street Lighting) والاتصالات (Telecommunications).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ شبكات الجهد المتوسط (MV) والجهد المنخفض (LV) وإنارة الشوارع (SL) والاتصالات (TEL).
- إعداد ومراجعة وتنسيق الرسومات الهندسية ونماذج BIM والوثائق الفنية.
- ضمان امتثال التصاميم لمعايير الشركة ومتطلبات العميل والكودات واللوائح الهندسية المعمول بها.
- تنسيق تصاميم المرافق الجافة مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل فرق الهندسة المدنية والكهربائية وغيرها من الفرق الهندسية.
- إدارة التنسيق الهندسي وضمان الجودة (QA/QC) والمراجعات الفنية وحل مشكلات التصميم طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني للمهندسين المبتدئين ودعم تخطيط المشروع والتنسيق مع العميل وضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية للمرافق الجافة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم شبكات الجهد المتوسط (MV) والجهد المنخفض (LV) وإنارة الشوارع والاتصالات (TEL).
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى في الإمارات العربية المتحدة و/أو المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD وCivil 3D وBIM software وETAP وDIALux evo (تعتبر خبرة Revit ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة قوية بمعايير تصميم المرافق الجافة والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات وضمان الجودة (QA/QC) وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of dry utility infrastructure across major infrastructure and development projects, including MV, LV, Street Lighting, and Telecommunications networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), Street Lighting (SL), and Telecommunications (TEL) networks.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable engineering codes and regulations.
- Coordinate dry utility designs with multidisciplinary infrastructure, civil, electrical, and other engineering teams.
- Manage design coordination, QA/QC, technical reviews, and resolution of design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project planning, client coordination, and successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of dry utility infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in MV, LV, Street Lighting, and Telecommunications (TEL) network design.
- Proven experience on major UAE and/or KSA infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM software, ETAP, and DIALux evo, with Revit experience considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of dry utility design standards, multidisciplinary coordination, QA/QC, and engineering best practices.
