شركة SJ Group (Surbana Jurong) تعلن عن وظيفة مدير الواجهات (Interface Manager) في منطقة الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين العميل، شركة إدارة المشاريع (PMC)، المقاولين، المقاولين من الباطن، الجهات الرسمية، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتسهيل التواصل الفعال والتنسيق وحل المشكلات طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
دعم مدير المشروع/مدير المشاريع في تخطيط وتسليم ورصد وتقديم تقارير عن أنشطة المشروع، بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية ومحاضر الاجتماعات والمقترحات وتحديثات الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

درجة في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
يفضل الحصول على عضوية مهنية (Chartered Membership) من المؤسسات المهنية ذات الصلة مثل ICE أو IStructE.
خبرة في مجال تشييد المباني.
يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في مشاريع من نوع الملاعب والساحات (arena type projects)، والتعرض للأعمال الجاهزة خارج الموقع (offsite prefabricated works).
يفضل أن يكون لديه تعرض للأعمال الإنشائية المؤقتة المرتبطة بالتركيبات (temporary erection related structure).
يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في عملية المناقصات (ذات التوجه التصميمي والفني).

المهارات المطلوبة

مهارات قوية في الإقناع، وإقامة علاقات مع العملاء موجهة نحو الخدمة، وإدارة الأفراد.
معرفة فنية سليمة ومهارات تواصل شخصية مع عقلية حل المشكلات.
إحساس قوي بملكية مهام المشروع وموقف استباقي.
موقف عمل جيد، ودافع ذاتي، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والصينية (المندرين) يفضل.

Job Description - Interface Manager

Act as the key liaison between the Client, PMC, Contractors, Subcontractors, Authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, coordination, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the Project Manager/Project Director in the planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of project activities, including preparation of reports, presentations, meeting minutes, proposals, and management updates.
Lead and manage interfaces across all project disciplines and work packages, including Structural Steel, Precast, Façade, Roofing, MEP, ICT/ELV, Fit-Out, Seating/Bleachers, F&B, Venue Operations, and Back-of-House facilities.
Establish and maintain the Interface Register, ensuring interface issues, responsibilities, actions, constraints, risks, RFIs, design changes, and technical queries are effectively tracked, managed, and closed out.
Coordinate multidisciplinary interface workshops and meetings to resolve design, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness issues.
Review BIM coordination outputs, clash detection reports, constructability reviews, contractor methodologies, and construction sequences to ensure alignment between interfacing work packages.
Coordinate temporary works, logistics, heavy lifting, off-site fabrication, procurement, delivery, and installation activities to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project schedules.
Monitor project progress, identify interface risks and constraints, assess schedule impacts, and support the implementation of mitigation and recovery measures in collaboration with the Project Controls and Delivery teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to verify progress, quality compliance, technical requirements, safety standards, and readiness of work fronts.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover, authority approvals, utility interfaces, and stakeholder requirements to support successful project completion and operational acceptance.
Provide technical advice to the Contractor on project delivery, quality management, health and safety compliance, and adherence to design and contract requirements.
Support business development activities, tender submissions, and perform other duties as assigned by project management..

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or any other discipline related.
Chartered Membership of relevant professional institutions such as ICE and IStructE, is preferred.
With experience in the building construction field.
Preferably with experience in arena type projects, exposure to offsite prefabricated works.
Preferably with exposure to temporary erection related structure.
Preferably have experienced on tender process (Design & Technical Orientated).
Strong in persuasion, service-oriented client relationships and people management.
Sound technical knowledge and interpersonal skills with problem-solving mindset.
Strong sense of project task ownership and proactive attitude.
Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient in English and Chinese (Putonghua) preferred.
