مدير التقارير (Reporting Manager) في شركة AtkinsRéalis، المدينة، السعودية. المسؤول عن قيادة تطوير وتقديم أنظمة التقارير المتكاملة في برامج البنية التحتية والأصول واسعة النطاق، مع التركيز على التحول الرقمي عبر حلول التقارير الآلية لضمان بيانات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تنفيذ حلول التقارير الرقمية والآلية باستخدام أدوات مثل Power BI وPowerApps وPower Automate.
  • دفع توحيد معايير التقارير وأتمتتها عبر مشاريع متعددة لضمان الاتساق والكفاءة.
  • تطوير وصيانة نظام تقارير مركزي يغطي محافظ كبيرة ومعقدة.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ عمليات جمع البيانات والتحقق والتكامل عبر عدة أصحاب مصلحة ومقاولين وأنظمة.
  • دمج وتحليل البيانات لإنتاج تقارير أسبوعية ونصف شهرية وشهرية لكبار القيادات.
  • ضمان دقة البيانات وسلامتها وحوكمتها عبر جميع تدفقات التقارير.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التخطيط لدمج وأتمتة بيانات الجدول الزمني من Primavera P6 في أنظمة التقارير.
  • مراقبة أداء الجدول الزمني وتتبع المعالم والتأخيرات وتقدم المشروع والإبلاغ عنها.
  • ترجمة بيانات الجدول المعقدة إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لأصحاب المصلحة.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ إطار شامل لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) يغطي الأداء المالي والتجاري والجودة والبرنامج والبناء.
  • إدارة دورة حياة مؤشرات الأداء بالكامل: التعريف والمواءمة والقياس وإعداد التقارير والتحسين المستمر.
  • ضمان توافق مؤشرات الأداء مع أهداف المؤسسة وتوقعات العميل.
  • تصميم ونشر لوحات معلومات تفاعلية في Power BI تدمج البيانات من مصادر متعددة.
  • توفير رؤية فورية لأداء المشروع والمخاطر والفرص.
  • تحسين لوحات المعلومات باستمرار لتحسين سهولة الاستخدام ودعم القرارات.
  • التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لفهم متطلبات التقارير وضمان توافق التوصيل.
  • تقديم الرؤى والاتجاهات وتحديثات الأداء إلى كبار أصحاب المصلحة وفرق القيادة.
  • بناء علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان تقديم البيانات في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية.
  • قيادة وإدارة فريق التقارير، وضمان الأداء العالي والتطوير المستمر.
  • وضع حوكمة التقارير والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات عبر البرنامج.
  • قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر في عمليات وأدوات التقارير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو تحليل البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة تشمل 5 سنوات خبرة إدارية في PgMC/PMC في مجال التقارير أو PMO أو مراقبة البرامج، ويفضل في البنية التحتية أو البرامج واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التحول الرقمي للتقارير والأتمتة.
  • خبرة قوية في: Power BI (مستوى متقدم)، PowerApps وPower Automate، Primavera P6، Excel متقدم ونمذجة البيانات.

Overview

The Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of integrated reporting systems across large-scale infrastructure and asset programs. The role focuses on driving digital transformation through automated reporting solutions, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful data to support strategic decision-making.

Your role

Reporting & Digital Transformation

  • Lead the implementation of automated and digital reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Drive reporting standardization and automation across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized reporting ecosystem covering large and complex portfolios.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Design and implement data collection, validation, and integration processes across multiple stakeholders, contractors, and systems.
  • Consolidate and analyse data to produce weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting streams.

Planning & Scheduling Integration

  • Collaborate closely with Planning teams to integrate and automate Primavera P6 schedule data into reporting systems.
  • Monitor and report on schedule performance, milestone tracking, delays, and project progress.
  • Translate complex schedule data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

KPI Development & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework covering financial, commercial, quality, program, and construction performance.
  • Manage the full KPI lifecycle-definition, alignment, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure KPIs are aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Dashboard & Visualization

  • Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Provide real-time visibility into project performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance dashboards to improve usability and decision support.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure delivery alignment.
  • Present insights, trends, and performance updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality data submission.

Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and manage the reporting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Establish reporting governance, standards, and best practices across the program.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes and tools.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience including 5 years PgMC/PMC Managerial experience in project reporting, PMO, or program controls, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale programs.
  • Proven experience in digital reporting transformation and automation.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Power BI (advanced)
  • PowerApps & Power Automate
  • Primavera P6
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling
