✨Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F5 Load Balancer Engineer with strong hands-on experience in F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM/DNS. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining F5 load-balancing infrastructure across production and non-production environments.

✨Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage F5 BIG-IP LTM including Virtual Servers, Pools, Pool Members, Profiles, Monitors, SNAT, NAT, and Persistence.
• Configure and manage F5 GTM/DNS for global traffic management and DNS-based load balancing.
• Manage traffic distribution across multiple data centers and environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSL/TLS termination and certificates on F5.
• Develop and maintain iRules and traffic policies when required.
• Configure health monitors and troubleshoot application/server availability issues.
• Perform F5 upgrades, patching, backups, and configuration management.
• Monitor F5 performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot network, application, DNS, and load-balancing issues.
• Implement High Availability (HA) and failover configurations.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.
• Work closely with Network, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration standards.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

✨Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM.
• Strong hands-on experience with F5 GTM/DNS.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, NAT, and routing.
• Experience with load-balancing algorithms and persistence methods.
• Experience with F5 iRules, Profiles, Monitors, and Policies.
• Knowledge of F5 HA, synchronization, and failover.
• Experience troubleshooting network and application connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows networking and server environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.

✨Preferred Certifications

• F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA)
• F5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5-CTS)
• F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator or equivalent certification

✨Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a production environment and participate in on-call support when required.
