شركة Nahdi Medical Co. تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Pediatric Registrar في مكة المكرمة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • العمل كمسجل في قسم طب الأطفال.
  • تشخيص وعلاج الإصابات والأمراض.
  • فحص المرضى، أخذ التاريخ الطبي، وصف الأدوية، وطلب وتفسير الفحوصات التشخيصية.
  • تقديم المشورة للمرضى حول النظام الغذائي والنظافة والرعاية الصحية الوقائية حسب الحالة الفردية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ خطة رعاية المريض.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول حالتهم الصحية والفحوصات وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول تعزيز الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض.
  • طلب ومراجعة نتائج فحوصات المرضى.
  • وصف الأدوية للمرضى.
  • الوفاء بالالتزامات المتعلقة بسجلات المرضى.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة حسب التكليف.
  • الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات عيادات Nahdi Care Clinis (NCC) واللوائح والمعايير.
  • المشاركة في لجان NCC وفرق العمل المكلف بها.
  • الالتزام بمعايير CBAHI للرعاية الصحية.
  • المشاركة في التطوير المهني المستمر للكوادر المبتدئة.
  • الممارسة القائمة على الأدلة.
  • مراعاة العوامل السكانية في رعاية المرضى.
  • المشاركة في برنامج التعليم الطبي المستمر.
  • تنفيذ المهام التخصصية حسب الامتيازات السريرية الممنوحة من قبل هيئة التخصصات الصحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من جامعة معترف بها.
  • درجة الماجستير في التخصص ذي الصلة من جامعة معترف بها، أو زمالة معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
  • خبرة سريرية لمدة سنتين بعد الحصول على درجة الماجستير، أو أن يكون مؤهلاً لامتحان البورد في التخصص.
  • رخصة سارية المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية بدرجة مسجل في التخصص ذي الصلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description

Service as a Registrar in the Pediatric department, Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases.

Accountabilities

Position Accountabilities:

  • Assess patients and document findings.
  • Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
  • Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
  • Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Fulfills his/her obligations related to Patient Records.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Adherent to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulation.
  • Adherent to the mission, vision goals and practice guidelines in NCC.
  • Actively participate in all NCC Committees and Task Forces that he/she are assigned to.
  • Adherent to the CBAHI standards of care.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments of the NCC, other local agencies, vendors, patients, their families and other interested parties.
  • Completes fire safety requirements.
  • Complies with clinical & departmental structure standards, including attendance.
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement / program evaluation activities and observe measures to ensure Clinical, MOH and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are met.
  • Participate in continuous professional development of all junior staff .
  • Evidence base oriented.
  • Integrate the population factors of heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into a patient's care.
  • Develops, participate and supports an active Continuing Medical Education program for the Section, Department or Clinical assigned by the chairman which may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs and other educational activities.

Specialty Tasks:

  • Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
  • Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

  • Working Hours: 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.

Job Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
  • Master’s degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities. OR Fellowship with SCFHS approval.

Experience

  • 2 years of clinical experience following Master’s degree or is eligible to sit the board examination in the specialty.

SCFHS License

  • Licensed as Registrar in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Computer Skills

  • Office & Health Information Systems

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
