تعلن شركة Nahdi Medical Co. عن توفر وظيفة طبيب عام للطوارئ (ER General Physician) في مكة المكرمة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تشخيص وعلاج الحالات المرضية البسيطة. تشمل المسؤوليات فحص المرضى، أخذ التاريخ الطبي، وصف الأدوية، طلب وتفسير الفحوصات التشخيصية، تقديم النصح للمرضى حول النظام الغذائي والنظافة والرعاية الصحية الوقائية حسب حالتهم، وتحويل الحالات التي تحتاج إلى مزيد من الفحوصات إلى الاستشارات المتخصصة عبر الفيديو.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ خطة رعاية المريض.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول حالتهم الصحية، والفحوصات المطلوبة، والخيارات العلاجية، واستخدام الأدوية.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول تعزيز الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض.
  • طلب ومراجعة نتائج فحوصات المرضى.
  • وصف الأدوية للمرضى.
  • أداء مهام إضافية حسب التخصص والصلاحيات السريرية.
  • المسؤولية عن التطعيم إن أمكن.
  • تحويل الحالات إلى العيادات المتخصصة عند الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الطب من جامعات معترف بها / رخصة الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCHS).
  • خبرة سريرية لمدة عام واحد.
  • بيئة عمل داخلية بنسبة 100%، خارجية 0%.
  • أيام العمل: 6 أيام عمل في الأسبوع، يوم إجازة واحد.
  • ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات عمل صافية وفق جدول المناوبات المعتمد من رئيس القسم.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية (Health Information Systems).
  • إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description

Diagnose and treat minor cases of illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases & refer any cases need more investigation to specialties; video consultation.

Accountabilities

Clinical Tasks:

  • Assess patients and document findings.
  • Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
  • Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
  • Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their clinical privileges.
  • Responsible for Vaccination if applicable.
  • Referring the cases to Clinic specialties when applicable.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

  • Working Hours: 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine from recognized universities/ SCHS license

Experience

  • 1 years of clinical experience.

Computer Skills

  • Office & Health Information Systems

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
