المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المالية بما في ذلك مخاطر السوق (التركيز على مخاطر أسعار الصرف، أسعار السلع، وأسعار الفائدة) والمخاطر الائتمانية، وقياس أثرها على الأداء المالي لشركة CEER.
- مراقبة وتحليل اتجاهات السوق والمؤشرات الاقتصادية وأسعار الفائدة وحركة العملات وتغيرات أسعار السلع التي قد تؤثر على الأداء المالي لشركة CEER.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتخفيف التعرض لمخاطر السوق، بما يشمل مخاطر أسعار الفائدة ومخاطر العملات ومخاطر أسعار السلع، وإعداد وتطوير وصيانة السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية ذات الصلة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية لإدارة التعرض للخسائر الائتمانية ومخاطر الطرف المقابل.
- تطوير وصيانة وتحسين نماذج المخاطر المالية لقياس ومراقبة وتحليل حالات التعرض للمخاطر.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية المعمول بها والسياسات الداخلية ومعايير إدارة المخاطر الصناعية.
- تعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالمخاطر داخل CEER من خلال التوجيه والتواصل والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- التعاون مع الزملاء في قسم المالية والأقسام الأخرى لمواءمة أنشطة إدارة المخاطر مع الأهداف المؤسسية والاستراتيجيات المالية.
- تحقيق الأهداف الموكلة من خلال وضع أهداف فردية وإدارة الأداء وتطوير وتحفيز الموظفين.
- المشاركة في تطوير خطط عمل القسم وفقاً لأهداف الإدارة.
- ضمان التنفيذ الفعال للسياسات والإجراءات والضوابط التي تغطي جميع مجالات الأنشطة المسندة.
- إعداد الميزانية المطلوبة للقسم ومراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الميزانية مع ضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقاً للإرشادات المعتمدة.
- إدارة تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر واستدامة النظم والعمليات والممارسات مع الأخذ في الاعتبار المعايير الرائدة وتحسين الإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف.
- ضمان إعداد جميع تقارير القسم في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق وتلبية متطلبات وسياسات ومعايير الجودة في CEER.

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for evaluating, managing, and mitigating financial risks, including market risks with focus on foreign exchange, commodity price and rate risks and credit risk. The Manager, Financial Risk Management ensures alignment with CEER’s financial performance objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements while supporting sustainable financial stability.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent.
Experience: 6 years minimum, 2 years in leadership role.
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for evaluating, managing, and mitigating financial risks, including market risks with focus on foreign exchange, commodity price and rate risks and credit risk. The Manager, Financial Risk Management ensures alignment with CEER’s financial performance objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements while supporting sustainable financial stability.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Determine and evaluate financial risks, including market risks (with focus on foreign exchange, commodity price and rate risks), credit risk, and assess the impact of these risks on CEER’s financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, interest rates, currency movements, and commodity price changes that may impact CEER’s financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate exposure to market risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and commodity price risk, and develop, implement, and maintain the related internal policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement and maintain the related internal policies and procedures to manage exposure to credit-related losses and counterparty risks.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial risk models to quantify, monitor, and analy ze risk exposures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, internal policies, and industry risk management standards.
- Promote a risk-aware culture within CEER through guidance, communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the F inance division and other divisions to align risk management activities with corporate objectives and financial strategies
- Achieve the assigned objectives through the setting of individual objectives, managing performance, and developing and motivating staff.
- Participate in the development of the section’s business plans according to the department objectives.
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned activities.
- Prepare the budget required from the section and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring unit activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
- Manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering leading standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet CEER ’s requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure non -disclosure of confidential information within or outside CEER .
- Ensure adherence to the Health, Safety, Security, Environment policies and standards across all business functions under the department.
