فندق سوفيتيل الرياض يبحث عن نادل / نادلة للانضمام إلى فريق مطعم ‘Thuraya’، وهي وجهة مبتكرة للتراث اللبناني تجمع بين الأصالة والحداثة. تقع الوظيفة في منطقة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف بحرارة طوال تجربة تناول الطعام.
- تقديم القائمة وشرح الأطباق والمكونات والعروض اليومية بثقة واحترافية.
- أخذ طلبات الأطعمة والمشروبات بدقة وتمريرها إلى المطبخ والبار.
- تقديم خدمة طاولات يقظة وشخصية مع توقع احتياجات الضيوف.
- المحافظة على معرفة ممتازة بقائمة المطعم والمطبخ اللبناني والمشروبات ومعايير الخدمة.
- ترتيب الطاولات والمحافظة عليها وتنظيفها وفقاً لمعايير المطعم.
- مراقبة رضا الضيوف طوال الوجبة والاستجابة لأي طلبات أو استفسارات.
- التنسيق مع المطبخ والبار والمضيفين وزملاء الخدمة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- التعامل مع شكاوى الضيوف مهنياً ورفعها للمشرف أو المدير عند الحاجة.
- اتباع معايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والصحة والسلامة.
- دعم الفريق في فترات الازدحام والمساهمة في بيئة عمل إيجابية وتعاونية.
- المساعدة في مهام فتح وإغلاق المطعم بما في ذلك التحضير والتنظيف.
- التأكد من إتمام إجراءات الفوترة والدفع بدقة واحترافية.
- المحافظة على مظهر نظيف وأنيق واحترافي طوال الوقت.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كنادل / نادلة في مطاعم راقية أو فنادق فاخرة أو بيئات طعام ممتازة.
- شغف بالضيافة وتقديم تجارب لا تُنسى للضيوف.
- معرفة قوية بخدمة الأطعمة والمشروبات.
- معرفة أو خبرة في المطبخ اللبناني / الشرق أوسطي مرغوبة بشدة.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly acknowledge guests upon arrival and throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials with confidence and professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Provide attentive and personalized table service while anticipating guests’ needs.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, Lebanese cuisine, beverages, and service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared according to restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and other service colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor or manager when required.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparation and cleaning of the restaurant.
- Ensure all billing and payment procedures are handled accurately and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance at all times.
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium dining environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
