The Role / Opportunity 

To lead a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters ( efficiency , loss-in-process , zero non-conformance ) by the targeting the right product specifications, quality and safety standards 

The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• A diploma/bachelor’s degree in chemistry or microbiology.
• Ability to perform accurate and timely analysis of samples such as feeds, forages, soil, water, animal/plant tissues and fertilisers by following the standard protocols and guidelines.
• 3 years of experience in an Analytical Chemistry/microbiology Laboratory.
• Ability to calibrate various lab instruments.
• Analytical ability and decision-making capability.
