تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن توفر وظيفة مدير هندسة المشاريع في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة الهندسية ضمن المشروع وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والتكلفة والوقت، وإدارة فرق التصميم والميزانية الهندسية وعملية تغيير التصميم لضمان التكامل التقني السلس في مشاريع Grid Solutions.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساءلة الكاملة عن دورة الحياة الهندسية من البداية إلى النهاية، مع ضمان تحقيق جميع المخرجات التقنية لأهداف الجودة والتكلفة والوقت.
- دمج الأنشطة الهندسية مع المشتريات والإنشاءات والتشغيل لضمان تدفق سلس للمشروع ومنع العزلة الوظيفية.
- قيادة فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات (داخلية وخارجية) لدفع التميز التقني والكفاءة التشغيلية طوال المشروع.
- إدارة عملية تجميد التصميم والحدود الفنية (تقسيم المسؤوليات) بين جميع شركاء المشروع.
- الإشراف على حل الواجهات التقنية المعقدة بين العميل والشركاء والمقاولين من جهات خارجية لضمان توافق الأنظمة.
- الحفاظ على السيطرة السليمة على الميزانية الهندسية وعبء العمل، وتحديد وتخفيف المخاطر التقنية قبل تأثيرها على الجوانب المالية للمشروع.
- الامتثال الفني والنزاهة: ضمان التزام جميع المخرجات الهندسية والحل النهائي بالالتزامات التعاقدية والمواصفات الفنية للعميل وجميع المعايير التنظيمية الوطنية (مثل هيئة الكهرباء السعودية، أكواد الشبكة السعودية) والدولية (مثل IEC, IEEE).
- السلطة الفنية: العمل كجهة اتصال تقنية رئيسية للعميل ومزودي الخدمات المحليين، وقيادة المفاوضات والعروض التقديمية التقنية.
- إدارة الموافقات: ضمان الموافقات الفنية في الوقت المناسب من خلال الإدارة المنهجية للاستفسارات التقنية ودورات تعليقات العملاء.
- ضمان دمج مبادئ السلامة من خلال التصميم ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في كل مرحلة من مراحل العملية الهندسية.
- مراقبة الأداء الهندسي من خلال المؤشرات الرئيسية ودفع التحسين المستمر في كفاءة التصميم وجودته.
- توجيه عملية التوثيق النهائي (المخططات التنفيذية، أدلة التشغيل والصيانة) والمساهمة في الدروس المستفادة من المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مشاريع EPC مع قيادة فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات، مع تخصص أساسي في تطوير محطات GIS ذات الجهد العالي. وجود خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة سير العمل الفني، مع خبرة عميقة في تصميم GIS وتكامله.
- فهم منهجي للمعايير الدولية (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, CIGRE) واللوائح الإقليمية، بما في ذلك معايير هيئة الكهرباء السعودية والمواصفات الفنية (TMSS, TESP, TCP).
- خبرة في التعامل مع مزودي الخدمات والعملاء في السعودية لمواءمة مخرجات المشروع مع متطلبات الشبكة الوطنية.
- خبرة عملية في محطات GIS/AIS ذات الجهد العالي (من 132kV إلى 400kV وما فوق).
- سجل حافل في إدارة المشاريع التقنية ضمن بيئات فرق متعددة التخصصات ودولية.
- فهم مخاطر تنفيذ المشاريع والعمليات المالية.
- الاستعداد للسفر عالمياً والعمل في مواقع مختلفة حسب احتياجات المشروع.
- القدرة المثبتة على تعزيز التعاون وبناء فرق فعالة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة للتواصل الفعال مع أصحاب المصلحة الدوليين.

المهارات المطلوبة

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Management & Project Integration
- Accountability for the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, ensuring all technical deliverables meet project Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT) targets.
- Integrating engineering activities with Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning to ensure a seamless project flow and prevent functional silos.
- Heading up multidisciplinary design teams (internal and external) to drive technical excellence and operational efficiency throughout the project.
- Managing the Design Freeze process and technical scope boundaries (Division of Responsibility) among all project partners.
- Overseeing the resolution of complex technical interfaces between the customer, partners, and third-party contractors to ensure system compatibility.
- Maintaining sound control over the engineering budget and workload, identifying and mitigating technical risks before they impact project financials.
- Technical Compliance & Integrity: Ensuring all engineering deliverables and the final solution strictly adhere to contractual obligations, client technical specifications, and all mandatory national (e.g., SEC, Saudi Grid Codes) and international (e.g., IEC, IEEE) regulatory standards.
- Technical Authority: Acting as the primary technical contact for the Customer and local utility providers, heading up technical negotiations and presentations.
- Approval Management: Securing timely design approvals through systematic management of technical queries and customer comment cycles.
- Ensuring Safety by Design principles and EHS requirements are embedded in every stage of the engineering process.
- Monitoring engineering performance through key metrics (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement in design efficiency and quality.
- Steering the final documentation process (As-Builts, O&M Manuals) and contributing to project Lessons Learned (Return of Experience - REX).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of EPC experience leading multidisciplinary project engineering teams, with a core specialization in HV GIS Substation development. Proven leadership in managing technical workflows is essential, with deep-rooted expertise in GIS design and integration being a key requirement for the role
- Systematic understanding of international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, CIGRE) and regional regulations, including Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and technical specifications (TMSS, TESP, TCP).
- Experience engaging with Saudi utility providers and clients to align project deliverables with national grid requirements.
- Practical experience with High Voltage (HV) GIS/AIS substations ranging from 132kV up to 400kV and above.
- Successful track record in technical project management within multidisciplinary and international team environments.
- Understanding of project execution risks and financial processes.
- Willingness to travel globally and work in various locations as required by project needs.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and build effective teams.
- Professional fluency in English for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Ability to live and work in Riyadh.
- Conducting detailed design reviews for substation steel structures, electrical safety clearances, and cable routing.
- Professional fluency in Arabic for effective communication with local clients.
