تعلن شركة CSI Global، الرائدة في تقديم حلول MEP والاختبار وبدء التشغيل وموازنة الضبط (TAB) وأنظمة الطاقة الكهربائية وإدارة المرافق والخدمات الفنية في المملكة العربية السعودية ودول الخليج، عن وظيفة مهندس ميكانيكي للعمل بدوام كامل في جدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ والإشراف على الأنشطة الهندسية الميكانيكية في الموقع.
- أداء والإشراف على أعمال الاختبار والضبط والموازنة (TAB) لأنظمة الهواء والمياه في التكييف.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار وبدء التشغيل (T&C) لأنظمة التكييف والسباكة والحريق.
- إجراء التحقق من أداء أنظمة التكييف واستكشاف الأخطاء وتحسينها.
- مراجعة الرسومات الميكانيكية والمواصفات والمستندات الفنية المقدمة.
- التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- إعداد تقارير TAB ووثائق بدء التشغيل وتقارير الفحص والمستندات الفنية.
- دعم أنشطة تركيب التكييف والصيانة الوقائية وترقية الأنظمة وعقود الصيانة السنوية (AMC).
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وممارسات بدء التشغيل الدولية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال MEP والتكييف وTAB والاختبار وبدء التشغيل.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التكييف، وموازنة الهواء والماء، وأنظمة المياه المبردة، والسباكة، والحريق.
- خبرة في استخدام أجهزة TAB وتفسير متطلبات موازنة تدفق الهواء والمياه التصميمية.
- يفضل التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير الفنية وحل المشكلات.
- رخصة القيادة السعودية السارية المفعول تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Position Overview
- Execute and supervise mechanical engineering activities on-site.
- Perform and oversee Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) for HVAC air and hydronic systems.
- Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Conduct HVAC system performance verification, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare TAB reports, commissioning documentation, inspection reports, and technical submissions.
- Support HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and international commissioning practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-7 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, TAB, and Testing & Commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air & water balancing, chilled water systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
- Experience using TAB instruments and interpreting design airflow and hydronic balancing requirements.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
- Excellent communication, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
