تعلن شركة CSI Global بالتعاون مع Advanced Technical Services (ATS)، المتخصصة في الخدمات الهندسية والكهربائية ومشاريع البنية التحتية، عن توفر وظيفة "فني كهربائي" في مكة المكرمة، بنظام الدوام الكامل. سيعمل الفني مع فرق المشروع لتركيب واختبار وتشغيل وصيانة الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية وفقاً للمخططات والمواصفات ومعايير السلامة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى فني الكهرباء مسؤولية تنفيذ أعمال التركيب والفحص والاختبار والتشغيل وإصلاح الأعطال والصيانة للأنظمة الكهربائية، وذلك وفقاً للمخططات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع وبيانات الأسلوب (Method Statements) ومتطلبات السلامة والمعايير الصناعية السارية. يعمل الفني تحت إشراف مهندسي الكهرباء ومهندسي الاختبار والتشغيل ومديري التشغيل، لضمان تركيب الأنظمة وتشغيلها بشكل آمن وصحيح وفعال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل والفحص والصيانة للأنظمة الكهربائية.
- مساعدة المهندسين وفرق التشغيل أثناء اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية.
- إجراء الاختبارات الكهربائية باستخدام أجهزة ومعدات الاختبار المناسبة.
- إجراء اختبارات الاستمرارية، مقاومة العزل، القطبية (polarity)، مقاومة الأرض وغيرها من الاختبارات الكهربائية المطبقة.
- المساعدة في اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة الجهد المنخفض (LV) ولوحات التوزيع والألواح الكهربائية ولوحات التحكم بالمحركات (MCC) والمحولات والكابلات والإضاءة وأنظمة الطاقة والمعدات ذات الصلة.
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية (drawings) ومخططات الخط الواحد (SLDs) ومخططات الأسلاك والمخططات التخطيطية (schematics) ومواصفات المعدات.
- تنفيذ أنشطة إنهاء الكابلات (termination) وجلخ الكابلات (glanding) وترتيبها ووضع العلامات والتوصيل.
- فحص التركيبات الكهربائية وتحديد العيوب أو الأعمال غير المكتملة أو حالات عدم المطابقة.
- تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والمساعدة في تحديد السبب الجذري لأعطال المعدات أو الأنظمة.
- التحقق من التركيبات الكهربائية مقابل المخططات المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- تسجيل نتائج الاختبارات ونتائج الفحص والقراءات وحالة المعدات بشكل دقيق.
- المساعدة في إعداد وثائق الاختبار والتشغيل وقوائم التفتيش وتقارير الفحص وسجلات الاختبار.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن والفنيين والتخصصات الأخرى لحل المشكلات الفنية.
- التأكد من صيانة ومعايرة جميع الأدوات ومعدات الاختبار بشكل صحيح.
- اتباع بيانات الأسلوب (Method Statements) المعتمدة وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) وتقييمات المخاطر وإجراءات المشروع.
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بالشركة والعميل والمشروع.
- المحافظة على نظافة المكان وضمان أن تكون منطقة العمل آمنة ومنظمة.
- أداء المهام الفنية الأخرى التي يسندها مهندس الكهرباء أو مهندس التشغيل أو مدير المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية أو مؤهل مهني في الهندسة الكهربائية / تكنولوجيا الكهرباء أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في مجال العمل كفني كهرباء.
- خبرة في مشاريع MEP (ميكانيكا وكهرباء وسباكة) أو المقاولات الكهربائية أو اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية أو التجارية أو الصناعية أو الإنشائية.
- معرفة جيدة بممارسات التركيب والاختبار الكهربائي.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات الكهربائية ومخططات الخط الواحد (SLDs).
- خبرة عملية في استخدام أدوات وأجهزة الاختبار الكهربائي.
- معرفة إجراءات السلامة الكهربائية وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل في مواقع المشاريع والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- (مفضل) خبرة في اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية، أنظمة الجهد المنخفض/المتوسط (LV/MV)، اللوحات الكهربائية، لوحات التحكم (MCCs)، لوحات التوزيع (DBs)، المحولات، المفاتيح الكهربائية (switchgear)، اختبار الكابلات وإنهائها، أنظمة التأريض والحماية من الصواعق، أنظمة الطاقة والإضاءة الكهربائية، مشاريع MEP، مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق أو التجارية أو الصناعية أو المطارات أو الضيافة أو التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات، والعمل مع فرق اختبار وتشغيل (T&C) أو هيئات التشغيل.
- (مفضل) شهادات فنية كهربائية ذات صلة، تدريب على معدات كهربائية من الشركة المصنعة، شهادات السلامة (HSE)، خبرة في معايير الاختبار الكهربائية المعترف بها، تسجيل ساري المفعول في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين إن أمكن.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance activities.
- Assist engineers and commissioning teams during testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Carry out electrical testing using appropriate test instruments and equipment.
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, earth resistance, and other applicable electrical tests.
- Assist with testing and commissioning of LV electrical systems, distribution boards, panels, MCCs, transformers, cables, lighting, power systems, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications.
- Perform cable termination, glanding, dressing, labeling, and connection activities.
- Inspect electrical installations and identify defects, incomplete works, or non-conformities.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and assist in identifying the root cause of equipment or system failures.
- Verify electrical installations against approved drawings and project requirements.
- Record test results, inspection findings, readings, and equipment status accurately.
- Assist in preparing testing and commissioning documentation, checklists, inspection reports, and test records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and other project disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all tools, testing equipment, and instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Follow approved Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Risk Assessments, and project procedures.
- Comply with all company, client, and project Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is safe and organized.
- Perform other technical duties assigned by the Electrical Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, or Project Manager.
- Diploma, Technical Certificate, or Vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Technician.
- Experience in MEP, electrical contracting, testing & commissioning, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or building projects.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation and testing practices.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing instruments and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and meet project deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Electrical Testing & Commissioning.
