في شركة القدية للاستثمار، نعمل على تشكيل وجهة رائدة تعيد تعريف الترفيه والثقافة والضيافة في المملكة. تبحث وحدة أعمال الضيافة عن مدير استشاري عملياتي للفنادق (Director - Operational Advisory - Hospitality) لقيادة التخطيط العملي وتطوير التصميم لمشاريع الضيافة في الرياض. ستعمل من المراحل الأولى للمشروع لتأسيس الرؤية التشغيلية وأطر الحوكمة التي تضمن ترجمة المتطلبات التشغيلية إلى حلول تصميمية فعّالة وتركز على تجربة النزلاء. يُغلق باب التقديم في 7 سبتمبر 2026.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة الاستراتيجية والتوجيه للتخطيط العملي وتطوير تصميم مناطق تشغيل الفنادق المتعلقة بتجربة إقامة النزلاء، بدءًا من الموجز الاستراتيجي وحتى تطوير التصميم.
- وضع المفاهيم التشغيلية ومعايير التخطيط ومعايير التصميم لجميع وظائف قسم الغرف، بما في ذلك تجربة الوصول والممر والمدخل ومواقف السيارات وتخطيط اللوبي والمكتب الأمامي والكونسيرج وخدمات الحقائب وعلاقات النزلاء والصالة النادي والتدبير المنزلي والغسيل ومناطق الدعم الخلفية المرتبطة بها.
- مراجعة وتحدي مقترحات التصميم على المستوى التنفيذي لضمان دعمها للكفاءة التشغيلية وتقديم الخدمة وتجربة النزلاء والأداء طويل الأجل للأصول.
- توجيه واعتماد سير العمل التشغيلي والعلاقات المكانية والوظيفية بين المناطق المواجهة للنزلاء والمناطق الخلفية.
- الإشراف واعتماد جداول المرافق وتخصيص المساحات لضمان الوظيفية التشغيلية والاستخدام الفعال للمساحة.
- بناء توافق على المستوى التنفيذي عبر فرق إدارة التصميم والتصميم المتميز والأغذية والمشروبات والعافية والميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة والتطوير لضمان التخطيط التشغيلي المتكامل عبر جميع أصول الضيافة.
- قيادة المشاركة الاستراتيجية مع مشغلي الفنادق لتفسير وتحدي معايير العلامات التجارية والمتطلبات التشغيلية، وضمان انعكاسها بشكل مناسب في التصميم مع دعم رؤية أصول القدية.
- رئاسة أو قيادة مراجعات التصميم التشغيلي خلال جميع مراحل المشروع، وحل المخاطر التشغيلية الرئيسية وتقدم الفرص وضمان دمج التحسينات قبل الانتهاء من قرارات التصميم.
- تقديم المصادقة التشغيلية النهائية على غرف النماذج والتخطيطات التشغيلية وتخطيط المناطق الخلفية للتحقق من الوظيفية وتجربة النزلاء.
- امتلاك وحوكمة تطوير معايير التخطيط التشغيلي وإرشادات التصميم وأفضل الممارسات عبر وحدة أعمال الضيافة.
- وضع معايير على مستوى المحفظة مقابل أفضل الممارسات الدولية في مجال الضيافة والاتجاهات التشغيلية الناشئة.
- دفع التحسين المستمر لعمليات التخطيط التشغيلي والمعايير والحوكمة في وحدة أعمال الضيافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في عمليات الفنادق الفاخرة أو التخطيط التشغيلي أو تطوير التصميم أو الخدمات الفنية أو مشاريع ما قبل افتتاح الفنادق.
- خبرة قيادية قوية في قسم الغرف أو عمليات الفنادق ذات الصلة.
- خبرة قيادية تشغيلية كبيرة على المستوى الأعلى في الفنادق الفاخرة أو الراقية جدًا.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات الفنادق وتخطيط رحلة النزلاء والتصميم التشغيلي.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the operational planning and design development of hotel operating areas related to the guest accommodation experience, from Strategy Brief through design development
- Establish and approve operational concepts, planning principles and design criteria for all Rooms Division functions, including arrival experience, driveway, porte cochère, parking, lobby planning, Front Office, Concierge, Bell Services, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, Housekeeping, Laundry and associated BOH support areas
- Provide executive-level review and challenge of design proposals to ensure they support operational efficiency, service delivery, guest experience and long-term asset performance
- Direct and approve operational workflows, adjacencies and functional relationships between guest-facing and back-of-house areas
- Oversee and approve Facility Schedules and space allocations to ensure operational functionality and efficient utilization of space
- Build senior-level alignment across Design Management, Design Excellence, F&B, Wellness, MEP and Development teams to ensure integrated operational planning across all hospitality assets
- Lead strategic engagement with hotel Operators to interpret and challenge brand standards and operational requirements, ensuring they are appropriately reflected in the design while supporting Qiddiya's asset vision
- Chair or lead operational design reviews throughout all project stages, resolving key operational risks, advancing opportunities and ensuring improvements are incorporated before design decisions are finalized
- Provide final operational endorsement of mock-up rooms, operational layouts and back-of-house planning to validate functionality and guest experience
- Own and govern the development of operational planning standards, design guidelines and best practices across the Hospitality BU
- Set portfolio-wide benchmarks against international hospitality best practices and emerging operational trends
- Drive continuous improvement of Hospitality BU operational planning processes, standards and governance
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in luxury hotel operations, operational planning, design development, technical services, or hotel pre-opening projects.
- Strong leadership experience within Rooms Division or related hotel operations.
- Extensive senior operational leadership experience within luxury or upper-upscale hotels
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest journey planning, and operational design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred
