القدية تبحث عن مدير تطوير (Director - Development) للعمل في الرياض، لقيادة مشاريع التطوير العقاري واسعة النطاق من مرحلة الإستراتيجية حتى التسليم، ضمن بيئة ديناميكية تركز على الوجهات الترفيهية والرياضية والثقافية والمتعددة الاستخدامات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة استراتيجية التطوير الشاملة لمشاريع الوجهات المتعددة الاستخدامات واسعة النطاق
- الإشراف على ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية ودراسات الجدوى ومعالم التسليم
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين عبر مراحل التطوير
- إدارة المفاوضات التعاقدية وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال التنظيمي لمبادرات التطوير
- توجيه فرق التطوير وعرض تحديثات المشاريع على الإدارة العليا
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العقارات أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة قيادية تمتد من 12 إلى 15 عامًا في التطوير العقاري واسع النطاق، بما في ذلك المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات
- خبرة قوية في تحليل الجدوى وإعداد الميزانيات والنمذجة المالية وإدارة دورة حياة المشروع
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين
- خبرة في التفاوض على العقود وضمان الامتثال التنظيمي وسلامة العمل
- إجادة مهنية للغة الإنجليزية

As Director - Development, you will play a central role in guiding complex real estate projects from strategy through delivery. This role is suited to a leader who can balance commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while helping drive large-scale destination developments forward in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across development phases
- Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives
- Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field
- 12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects
- Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships
- Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
- Professional proficiency in English
