تفاصيل الوظيفة

شركة think تبحث عن System Integrator للعمل في الرياض، في دور عملي على أرض الإنتاج لتجميع واختبار العُقد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تجميع العُقد وفقًا لوثائق التجميع: التركيب الميكانيكي، تركيب المسرعات، توصيلات الطاقة والبيانات.
  • ملء وتفريغ واختبار تسرب دوائر التبريد، وتسجيل كل نتيجة.
  • تشغيل اختبارات الحرق (burn-in) والاختبارات الوظيفية، ورفع أي خلل للمعالجة.
  • إعادة العمل وإصلاح الوحدات تحت إشراف الهندسة، بما في ذلك الأجهزة المرتجعة.
  • الحفاظ على تنظيم أرضية الإنتاج والأدوات وسجلات التتبع.
  • الإبلاغ عن المشكلات التي تظهر في التصميم قبل أن يراها الآخرون.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة ثلاث سنوات أو أكثر في بناء أو صيانة الخوادم أو محطات العمل أو الأجهزة الصناعية.
  • أيدي دقيقة وميل لاتباع الإجراء بدقة، والإبلاغ عندما يكون الإجراء خاطئًا.
  • دراية بمواصفات العزم (torque specifications)، التعامل مع السوائل، والسلامة الكهربائية.
  • الإقامة في الرياض.

المهارات المطلوبة (مفيدة وليست إلزامية)

  • خبرة في التبريد السائل (دوائر مخصصة أو غيرها).
  • خلفية في مراكز البيانات أو تكامل الرفوف (rack integration).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية.

Build the machines. This is a hands-on role on our own production floor: assembly, coolant loops, cabling, burn-in and the first boot of every node we ship.

What you will do

  • Assemble nodes to the build documentation: mechanical, accelerator installation, power and data cabling.
  • Fill, bleed and leak-test the cooling loops, and record every result.
  • Run burn-in and functional test, and escalate anything that does not behave.
  • Rework and repair units under engineering direction, including returned hardware.
  • Keep the floor, the tooling and the traceability records in order.
  • Feed problems back: you see the design before anyone else does.

What you need

  • Three years or more building or servicing server, workstation or industrial hardware.
  • Careful hands and a bias for following the procedure exactly, and for saying so when the procedure is wrong.
  • Comfort with torque specifications, fluid handling and electrical safety.
  • Based in Riyadh.

Useful, not required

  • Liquid cooling experience, custom loops or otherwise.
  • Data centre or rack integration background.
  • Arabic language proficiency.
