تعلن شركة think عن توفر وظيفة مهندس شبكات (Network Engineer) في الرياض، بدوام كامل ضمن فريق الهندسة الميدانية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن الشبكة التي تعتمد عليها الحوسبة عالية الكثافة، سواء في مواقع العملاء أو في منشأتنا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم ونشر الشبكات المحيطة بتركيبات العقد: الربط فائق السرعة، الإدارة والوصول خارج النطاق.
- إدارة التبديل (switching) والتوجيه (routing) والتقسيم (segmentation) والوضع الأمني الذي سيتم تدقيق العملاء بموجبه.
- تشغيل المواقع الجديدة مع الفريق الميداني وتسليم وثائق يمكن للآخرين استخدامها فعلياً.
- تشخيص مشاكل الأداء التي تبدو وكأنها مشاكل حوسبة ولكنها ليست كذلك.
- المحافظة على نظام المختبر وشبكة الإنتاج لدينا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خمس سنوات أو أكثر في هندسة الشبكات، بما في ذلك العمل في مراكز البيانات.
- خبرة في إيثرنت عالي السرعة وطوبولوجيات مراكز البيانات الحديثة قيد الإنتاج.
- إلمام قوي بشبكات Linux وعادات التشخيص المرافقة لذلك.
- الاستعداد للسفر إلى مواقع العملاء داخل المملكة والمنطقة.
المهارات المطلوبة (مرغوبة وليست إجبارية)
- خبرة في RDMA أو RoCE أو InfiniBand.
- الأتمتة باستخدام Ansible أو Python أو ما يعادلهما.
- شهادة ذات صلة مع ممارسة تدعمها.
- إجادة اللغة العربية.

What you will do
- Design and deploy the networking around node installations: high-speed interconnect, management and out-of-band access.
- Own switching, routing, segmentation and the security posture customers will be audited against.
- Commission new sites alongside the field team and hand over documentation people can actually use.
- Diagnose performance problems that look like compute problems and are not.
- Keep our own lab and production network in order.
- Five years or more in network engineering, including data centre work.
- High-speed Ethernet and modern data centre topologies in production.
- Strong Linux networking and the diagnostic habits that go with it.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in the Kingdom and the region.
- RDMA, RoCE or InfiniBand experience.
- Automation with Ansible, Python or equivalent.
- Relevant certification, and the practice to back it.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- One of the first deep tech companies in the region, building foundational technology in house.
- Meaningful ownership and impact at an early stage.
- Competitive early-stage compensation.
