شركة think تعلن عن وظيفة Junior Generalist Software Engineer في الرياض. هذا دور للمبتدئين ضمن فريق صغير من كبار المهندسين. ستحصل على عمل حقيقي بسرعة، وستتم مراجعتك عن كثب، ومن المتوقع أن تنمو بسرعة. نحن نعين بناءً على المسار وكيفية التفكير، وليس على قائمة من الأطر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • شحن كود إنتاجي من أسابيعك الأولى، مع مراجعة ودعم حولك.
  • العمل عبر الخدمات والأدوات والواجهات حسب ما يتطلبه العمل.
  • كتابة اختبارات وأجهزة قياس كأمر مسلم به.
  • اسأل مبكراً، اقرأ الكود قبل السؤال، واكتب ما تتعلمه.
  • تحمل مسؤولية أكبر كلما استحققتها، ويقاس ذلك بالأشهر وليس السنوات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أساس قوي في البرمجة وعلوم الكمبيوتر، من شهادة أو تعلم ذاتي أو خبرة.
  • دليل على أنك تبني أشياء: مشاريع، مساهمات أو تدريب داخلي.
  • تواصل كتابي واضح وثقة في قول أنك عالق.
  • اهتمام حقيقي بالأنظمة أو الأجهزة أو التعلم الآلي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة تدريب داخلي أو تمهيني (مفيد وليس مطلوب).
  • مساهمات مفتوحة المصدر (مفيدة وليست مطلوبة).
  • إلمام عميق بـ Linux أو C++ أو Rust أو Python (مفيد وليس مطلوب).

An early-career role on a small, senior team. You will be given real work quickly, reviewed closely, and expected to grow fast. We hire for trajectory and for how you think, not for a list of frameworks.

What you will do

  • Ship production code from your first weeks, with review and support around you.
  • Work across services, tooling and interfaces as the work requires.
  • Write tests and instrumentation as a matter of course.
  • Ask early, read the code before asking, and write down what you learn.
  • Take on more scope as you earn it, which here is measured in months rather than years.

What you need

  • A strong foundation in programming and computer science, from a degree, self-teaching or work.
  • Evidence you build things: projects, contributions or internships.
  • Clear written communication and the confidence to say when you are stuck.
  • Genuine interest in systems, hardware or machine learning.

Useful, not required

  • Internship or placement experience.
  • Open source contributions.
  • Familiarity with Linux, C++, Rust or Python at depth.
