شركة think تبحث عن Manufacturing Lead في الرياض. ستتولى تحويل التصاميم المعتمدة إلى وحدات قابلة للشحن بشكل متكرر، حيث يتم تجميع وملء وربط واختبار كل عقدة في مقرنا بالرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على بناء واختبار وإطلاق كل عقدة تغادر المبنى.
  • استلام التصاميم من الهندسة وتحويلها إلى منتج قابل للتصنيع مع تعليمات العمل والتركيبات والأدوات وتخطيط المحطات وزمن التشغيل.
  • الإشراف على عمليات تعبئة المبرد واختبار التسريب والحرق، بالإضافة إلى السجلات التي تثبت اجتياز كل وحدة.
  • تحسين الإنتاجية وزمن الدورة، وإدارة حلقة الإجراءات التصحيحية عند حدوث انحراف سلبي.
  • تأهيل ومراجعة الموردين والشركاء المتعاقدين بالتعاون مع المشتريات.
  • توظيف وتدريب فنيي التجميع والاختبار مع توسع الإنتاج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • ست سنوات أو أكثر في تصنيع الإلكترونيات أو الأنظمة، بما في ذلك إدارة خط إنتاج أو خلية عمل.
  • خبرة عملية في توثيق التصنيع والتركيبات وفحص العينة الأولى ومراقبة العمليات.
  • خبرة في التجميعات المبردة بالسوائل أو المحكمة الإغلاق أو الحاملة للسوائل، أو إقناع قوي بقدرة سريعة على التعلم.
  • القدرة على العمل مع مهندسي التصميم لتعديل تصميم لا يمكن تصنيعه بشكل جيد.
  • الإقامة في الرياض أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.

المهارات المطلوبة

مستحبة وليست إلزامية: ممارسة اللين أو ستة سيغما (تطبيق فعلي وليس مجرد شهادة)، تنفيذ أنظمة تخطيط الموارد (ERP) أو أنظمة تنفيذ التصنيع (MES) في شركة تصنيع صغيرة، خبرة في التوسع من إيقاع النماذج الأولية إلى الإنتاج الثابت.

Take validated designs and turn them into units that ship, repeatably. Every node is assembled, filled, cabled and burned in on our own floor in Riyadh, and you own that floor.

What you will do

  • Own build, test and release for every node leaving the building.
  • Take the design-for-manufacture handoff from engineering and make it producible: work instructions, fixtures, tooling, station layout and takt.
  • Own the coolant fill, leak test and burn-in process, and the records that prove each unit passed.
  • Drive yield and cycle time, and own the corrective action loop when either moves the wrong way.
  • Qualify and audit suppliers and contract partners alongside procurement.
  • Hire and train assembly and test technicians as production scales.

What you need

  • Six years or more in electronics or systems manufacturing, including ownership of a production line or cell.
  • Hands-on with build documentation, fixtures, first-article inspection and process control.
  • Experience with liquid-cooled, sealed or fluid-carrying assemblies, or a strong case for why you would learn it fast.
  • Comfortable working directly with design engineers to change a design that cannot be built well.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Useful, not required

  • Lean or Six Sigma practice, applied rather than certified.
  • ERP or MES implementation in a small manufacturing operation.
  • Experience scaling from prototype cadence to steady volume.
