فني صيانة (Maintenance Technician 1) في شركة Vanderlande، الرائدة عالمياً في أنظمة مناولة الأمتعة والطرود وحلول المستودعات، وذلك للعمل في موقع العميل بمدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح وصيانة الآلات والمعدات الكهربائية مثل المحركات والدوائر الكهربائية وأنظمة ATR ومعدات مناولة الأمتعة وأنظمة النقل وفقاً للمخططات والرسومات الكهربائية وأدلة التشغيل ومواصفات الشركة المصنعة باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية وأجهزة القياس والاختبار الدقيقة.
- ممارسة ممارسات العمل الآمنة في جميع الأوقات، والامتثال لإجراءات القفل/الوسم (Lock-Out/Tag-Out).
- تحضير وتنفيذ نداءات الخدمة والصيانة الطارئة والصيانة التصحيحية.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية ومتابعة أوامر عمل الصيانة التصحيحية.
- الإبلاغ عن نداءات الخدمة.
- تقديم المشورة وتنفيذ تحسين الأنظمة الفرعية، بالتشاور مع المشرف، ومراقبة واقتراح تحسينات لجودة عملية الخدمة.
- تطوير أدوات ووسائل داعمة للخدمة.
- إزالة انحشار الناقلات ومعالجة الأخطاء في النظام.
- العمل في محطات الترميز اليدوي ومناطق تصحيح التحميل.
- إكمال تقارير الخدمة في نظام CMMS وسجلات قطع الغيار والضمان.
- البحث وطلب قطع الغيار حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء جرد المخزون.
- العمل بشكل مستقل تماماً في الموقع على أعمال الصيانة الوقائية.
- تحديد المشكلات المتعلقة بالتخطيط والأدوات وغيرها، وتقديم مدخلات للتحسينات.
- مساعدة فنيي الخدمة الآخرين في تصحيح الأعطال.
- تصحيح الأعطال القياسية بشكل مستقل.
- توجيه وإرشاد الفنيين الأقل خبرة.

Job Summary

Essential Functions (Job Duties And Responsibilities)
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains machinery and electrical equipment such as motors, electrical circuits, ATR systems, baggage handling equipment and conveyor systems in accordance with diagrams, electrical drawings, operational manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications using hand tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Exercise safe working practice at all times, complying with Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
- Prepare and execute service calls, Emergency Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance
- Perform Preventive Maintenance & follow-up on Corrective Maintenance work orders
- Report service calls
- Advise and execute optimization of (sub) systems, consulting the supervisor, control and propose improvements for the quality of the service process
- Develop service supporting tools and means
- Un-jam conveyors and handle errors in the system
- Attend to manual encoding stations and load correction zones
- Complete CMMS Service Reports, Parts Usage and Warranty Records
- Research and Request spare parts as required
- Perform Inventory Counts
- Works fully independently on site on preventive maintenance work
- Identifies problems in planning and tooling etc. Provides input for improvements.
- Helps other service technicians to correct faults.
- Independently corrects the standard faults.
- Instructs and gives guidance to less experienced technicians
