شركة أكور (سوفيتل) تعلن عن وظيفة مدير إسكان (للسعوديين فقط) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لمرافق سكن الموظفين.
- الإشراف على عمليات قبول السكان، التوزيع، الانتقال، والمغادرة، وسجلات الإشغال.
- ضمان أن تكون الوحدات السكنية والمناطق المشتركة والمرافق نظيفة وآمنة ومُصانة جيداً.
- التنسيق للصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية مع الفرق الداخلية والمقاولين الخارجيين.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية لتحديد مشكلات الصيانة والسلامة والامتثال.
- وضع وتطبيق سياسات وإجراءات السكن ومعايير المجتمع.
- معالجة استفسارات وشكاوى ونزاعات السكان بشكل فوري ومهني.
- مراقبة مستويات إشغال السكن وإعداد تقارير تشغيلية دورية.
- إدارة ميزانية السكن ومراقبة النفقات والتحكم في التكاليف التشغيلية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والحرائق والبيئة.
- الإشراف على طاقم السكن بما في ذلك عاملي النظافة والصيانة والإداريين.
- التنسيق لإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ المتعلقة بحوادث السكن.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للسكان والمخزون وعمليات التفتيش والصيانة والعقود.
- التواصل مع الموردين والمقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان جودة الخدمة.
- تقديم توصيات لتحسين خدمات السكن ورضا السكان.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الممتلكات، إدارة الأعمال، إدارة الضيافة، إدارة المرافق، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال الإسكان أو الممتلكات أو المرافق أو إدارة السكن.
- خبرة في الإشراف على فرق وإدارة مرافق سكنية أو سكن للموظفين (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة تامة).
- إجادة لغات إضافية تعتبر ميزة.
- الخبرة السابقة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description
Manage the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities.
Oversee resident admissions, allocations, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy records.
Ensure housing units, common areas, and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues.
Develop and enforce housing policies, procedures, and community standards.
Address resident inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor housing occupancy levels and prepare regular operational reports.
Manage housing budgets, monitor expenses, and control operating costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
Supervise housing staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative personnel.
Coordinate emergency response procedures for housing-related incidents.
Maintain accurate records of residents, inventories, inspections, maintenance, and contracts.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Recommend improvements to housing services and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housing, property, facilities, or accommodation management.
Experience supervising teams and managing residential or employee accommodation facilities is preferred.
Additional Information

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
