An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

About the Role:

To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner 

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• • Bachelor degree in dairy / food technology or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in a Quality role 
  • Working knowledge of ISO9000 / ISO 22000 quality standards  
  • Knowledge of world-class manufacturing practices
  • Works as part of the departmental management team to achieve business goals and develop & implement strategies.
  • Plans and executes plant run times to meet master production schedule
  • Directs labour resources to achieve required manning levels in production areas.
  • Ensures regulatory, quality and hygiene standards are maintained within the department and that necessary documentation is completed
  • Manages training needs and staff performance within area of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, Arabic / English
