نبذة عن الوظيفة
- قيادة عمليات المصنع ووظائف المختبر لضمان إنتاج آمن وموثوق وفعال وفقًا للمعايير التعاقدية والجودة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جميع عمليات المصنع (توليد الطاقة و/أو إنتاج المياة) لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
- ضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة وأمان وكفاءة.
- حل المشكلات التشغيلية الحرجة وتقليل وقت التوقف.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية العمليات بما يتوافق مع أهداف المصنع.
- قيادة تخطيط الإنتاج وجدولة ومراقبة الأداء.
- الإبلاغ عن أداء العمليات والمخاطر والتحسينات للإدارة العليا.
- قيادة وتطوير وإدارة فرق العمليات (30-100 موظف).
- تحديد أهداف واضحة وتحقيق أداء عالٍ ومشاركة.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق الصيانة لضمان صيانة وقائية وتصحيحية فعالة.
- دعم فترات التوقف المخطط لها وضمان إيقاف التشغيل وإعادة التشغيل بأمان.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية وضمان الامتثال لجميع معايير HSE.
- قيادة الاستجابة للحوادث وضمان الإبلاغ السليم والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة أداء المصنع وتحديد فرص تحسين الكفاءة والموثوقية.
- تنفيذ تحسينات تشغيلية وأفضل الممارسات.
- الإشرف على عمليات المختبر وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والتنظيم.
- مراقبة بارامترات الإنتاج للحفاظ على الأداء الأمثل.
- إدارة العقود التشغيلية وضمان خدمة تسليم فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- الإشراف على مخزون الكيماويات والمواد الاستهلاكية والمعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر في محطات توليد الطاقة و/أو تحلية المياه.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور قيادي/إداري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قيادة قوية وإدارة فرق.
- معرفة عميقة بعمليات المصنع.
- تفكير استراتيجي وحل المشكلات.
- إدارة الميزانية والأداء.
- تواصل قوي وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

- Lead all plant operations (power generation and/or water production) to meet production targets.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Resolve critical operational issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement operations strategy aligned with plant objectives.
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Report operational performance, risks, and improvements to senior management.
- Lead, develop, and manage operations teams (30-100 employees).
- Set clear objectives and drive high performance and engagement.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support planned outages and ensure safe shutdown and restart activities
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE standards.
- Lead incident response and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions.
- Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Implement operational improvements and best practices.
- Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production parameters to maintain optimal performance.
- Manage operational contracts and ensure cost-effective delivery service.
- Oversee inventory of chemicals, consumables, and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in power generation and/or water desalination plants.
- Proven experience in leadership/managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Deep knowledge of plant operations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Budget and performance management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
