نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى رئيس قسم الميكانيكا مسؤولية تخطيط وتنفيذ والإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، وأعمال الإصلاح الشاملة، وصيانة فترة التوقف المتعلقة بالمعدات الميكانيكية؛ لضمان تشغيل المحطة بشكل آمن وموثوق وفعّال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط والإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتوقفية والإصلاح الشامل للمعدات الميكانيكية في المحطة.
- إعداد طلبات الشراء لقطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية مع ضمان توفر القطع الإستراتيجية ضمن متطلبات الميزانية.
- قيادة أنشطة استكشاف الأعطال ودعم فريق الصيانة في حل المشكلات الميكانيكية والتشغيلية.
- تنفيذ ومتابعة أوامر العمل عبر نظام CMMS (SAP) والتنسيق مع مهندسي الصيانة بخصوص الأمور الفنية وإنجاز المهام.
- تطبيق تقنيات ومبادئ الصيانة الميكانيكية للحفاظ على المعدات والأنظمة الموكلة.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية والصيانة والإصلاح والتشحيم والتنظيف للأنظمة الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية والأنظمة المرتبطة بها.
- ضمان تنفيذ والامتثال لنظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS) وسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والمتطلبات القانونية.
- مراقبة أهداف وغايات وأداء نظام IMS، ورفع النتائج إلى الإدارة.
- إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري لعدم المطابقة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تحديد الفجوات في كفاءات الفريق وتوفير التدريب والتوجيه وتقييم الأداء.
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعّال للقوى العاملة والمواد وموارد الصيانة.
- مراقبة المخاطر والجوانب البيئية والحوادث والحالات القريبة وحالات الطوارئ ضمن المناطق المسندة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى تُسند من الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- 10 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في الصيانة ذات الصلة في بيئات صناعية أو محطات طاقة.
- خبرة في الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، والإغلاقات الكلية للمحطات، وإدارة فترات التوقف.
- خبرة قوية في استخدام أنظمة SAP/CMMS.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق.
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
- مهارات تقييم المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث.
- قدرات تحليل السبب الجذري وحل المشكلات.
- معرفة المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية ذات العلاقة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إلمام باستخدام الحاسب الآلي بما في ذلك MS Office وSAP.
- القدرة على العمل بفاعلية في بيئات المحطات الصعبة.

The Section Head - Mechanical is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, plant overhauls, and outage maintenance work related to mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, shutdown, and overhaul maintenance activities for plant mechanical equipment
- Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and consumables while ensuring availability of strategic spares within budget requirements
- Lead troubleshooting activities and support the maintenance team in resolving mechanical and operational issues
- Execute and monitor work orders through CMMS (SAP) and coordinate with maintenance engineers regarding technical matters and job completion
- Apply mechanical maintenance techniques and principles to maintain assigned equipment and systems
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, repair, lubrication, and cleaning activities for mechanical, hydraulic, and associated systems
- Ensure implementation and compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS), HSE policies, and legal requirements
- Monitor IMS objectives, targets, and performance, and report findings to management
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Identify competency gaps within the team and provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and maintenance resources
- Monitor hazards, environmental aspects, incidents, near misses, and emergency situations within assigned areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in industrial or power plant environments
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, plant shutdowns, and outage management
- Strong experience using SAP/CMMS systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
- Risk assessment and incident investigation skills
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Computer literacy including MS Office and SAP
- Ability to work effectively in demanding plant environments
