شركة Acwa China تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل CCR (SCADA Operator) في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مراقبة والتحكم في معلمات تشغيل الوحدة/المحطة والتنسيق مع المشغلين الآخرين فيما يتعلق بجميع الأنشطة التي تؤثر على التشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لقواعد وأنظمة السلامة، والإلمام بمعدات الإطفاء في منطقة العمل.
- الإلمام بمخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs)، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، وتعليمات العمل، ومنطق التحكم والتشغيل، بالإضافة إلى إجراءات التشغيل الطارئة وأي وثائق ذات صلة.
- مراقبة جميع معلمات الوحدة وتسجيل القراءات الدورية في سجلات التشغيل، وتلخيص الأنشطة والأحداث التي حدثت أثناء المناوبة في سجل المناوبة.
- اتباع تعليمات مهندس المناوبة ومشرف المناوبة، والتنسيق مع المشغلين الآخرين بشأن جميع الأنشطة.
- التنبّه واتخاذ إجراءات سريعة أثناء ظروف التشغيل غير الطبيعية.
- التنسيق وضمان تطبيق إجراءات القفل والوسم (Lock Out & Tag Out) أثناء عزل المعدات للصيانة وفقًا لإجراءات تصريح العمل المعتمدة، وإعادة المعدات إلى حالتها الطبيعية بعد الإلغاء عند التعليمات.
- تفقد الوحدة والملحقات أثناء المناوبة للتأكد من أن جميع معلمات المعدات ضمن الحدود المسموحة، وإبلاغ المشرف/مهندس المناوبة عن أي خلل.
- إجراء اختبارات الحماية الدورية تحت إشراف مهندس المناوبة/المشرف، والحفاظ على السجلات، وتنفيذ تبديل المعدات وفقًا للجداول المحددة مسبقًا.
- رفع طلبات العمل أو ملاحظات العيوب للمعدات المعطلة ومتابعة إصلاح العيوب.
- المساعدة في تدريب وتأهيل المشغلين الجدد.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة وتنفيذ ضوابط المخاطر المقررة.
- الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات في نظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- ضمان تطبيق إجراءات التخلص السليم من النفايات.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يتم تكليفه بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة إلزامي، ويفضل بكالوريوس هندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المنصب (مشغل CCR).
- الإلمام العام بمبادئ نظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
- معرفة بتحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات.
- معرفة بمراقبة الانبعاثات.
- معرفة بالتأثير البيئي والصحي للمواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في المحطة.
- معرفة بمعدات الإطفاء.
- معرفة بمعدات الوقاية الشخصية ومعدات السلامة.
- معرفة بإجراءات الإسعافات الأولية.
- الإلمام الجيد بأنشطة تشغيل محطات الطاقة/المياه.
- مهارات التواصل بين الأشخاص.
- مهارات تحليلية.
- القدرة على تقييم مخاطر المخاطر.
- معرفة بتقييم الأثر البيئي.
- مهارات الحاسوب الأساسية.
- يفضل الوعي/المعرفة العملية بمعايير ISO9001 و14001 وOHSAS 18001.
- الاستعداد للعمل في موقع نائي.

Position
Job Title CCR Operator
Job location (Department/Plant) Operations
Reporting to Shift Supervisor/Shift Charge Engineer
Job Summary
Monitor and control of the Unit/plant Operation parameters and coordinate with the other Operators in regard to all related activities that affect operation.

2 Familiar with plant P&IDs, SOPs, Work instructions, Operation and control logics as well as the emergency operation procedures and any other related documents.
3 Monitor all parameters of the unit and enter periodic readings on log sheets. Summarize all activities/events that took place during his shift in the log book.
4 Follow the instructions of the Shift Charge Engineer and Shift Supervisor and coordinate
with other Operators in regard to all activities
5 Be alert and take quick actions during abnormal operating conditions.
6 Coordinate and ensure Lock Out & Tag Out during the isolation of equipment for maintenance as per the approved Permit To Work procedure. Normalize the equipment after cancellation when instructed to do so.
7 Inspect the unit and auxiliaries during the shift to make sure that all equipment parameters are within limits. Report abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor/ SCE.
8 Perform the periodic protection tests under the supervision of SCE/Supervisor and maintain records. Perform equipment change over according to preset schedules.
9 Raise work requests or defect notes for faulty equipment and follow up for the defect rectification
10 Assist in the training and familiarization of new operators.
11 Report near misses and implement prescribed risk controls.
12 Report deviations in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.
13 Ensure proper waste disposal measures.
14 Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications
Educational Desired Diploma in Engineering is a must.
Preferred Bachelor Of Engineering.
Minimum Experience Minimum
5 years in the same position.
Required Skills 1. Generic awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
