مدير السبا والعافية يقود الرؤية والخبرة والتميز التشغيلي لـ Tierra Santa Healing House - البحر الأحمر، وهو ملاذ مستوحى من أمريكا الجنوبية مخصص لفن الحياة الجيدة. يقوم هذا الدور بتنسيق رحلات تحويلية تمزج بين طقوس الشفاء القديمة والتقاليد الشامانية والمكونات الأصلية والممارسات النشطة وعلوم طول العمر المتطورة لرفع مستوى رفاهية الضيوف. كحارس لروح Tierra Santa، يشكل المدير برامج العافية الغامرة، ويدفع التميز في الخدمة، ويطور فريقًا عالمي المستوى، ويضمن أن كل تجربة ضيف تشعل التجديد والوعي والحيوية الروحية مع وضع Tierra Santa Healing House كوجهة عافية مميزة داخل FAENA The Red Sea.

  • دعم فلسفة Tierra Santa Healing House ووضع الرؤية الاستراتيجية للعافية وضمان التوافق مع معايير علامة Faena.
  • قيادة وإلهام وتوجيه فريق متعدد التخصصات من المعالجين والشفائيين والفنيين وأخصائيي العافية.
  • تعزيز ثقافة الإبداع والأصالة والضيافة العاطفية وتجارب الضيوف التحويلية.
  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للسبا والحمام والمناطق الرطبة وغرف العلاج ومساحات الاستشارات وبرامج العافية.
  • الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والسلامة والأجواء وتسليم الخدمات القائمة على الطقوس.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل وبروتوكولات العلاج وطقوس الخدمة التي تعكس هوية Tierra Santa الشمولية والمستوحاة من أمريكا الجنوبية.
  • تنسيق قائمة عالمية من العلاجات التي تتضمن الحكمة الشامانية والشفاء بالطاقة والممارسات الجسدية والمكونات الأصلية والتقنيات المتقدمة.
  • تصميم وتطوير رحلات عافية مخصصة وبرامج طول العمر وطقوس موسمية.
  • مراقبة رضا الضيوف وقيادة التحسين المستمر والارتقاء بنقاط الاتصال بالتجربة.
  • تطوير وإدارة ميزانيات الأقسام وتوقعات الإيرادات وضوابط التكاليف ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
  • دفع النجاح المالي من خلال تحسين العلاج واستراتيجية التجزئة ومبادرات العضوية وابتكار البرمجة.
  • تحليل اتجاهات الأعمال وإنشاء عروض جديدة لتعظيم الربحية والموقع التنافسي.
  • توظيف وتدريب وتطوير ممارسي سبا وعافية وعلوم شمولية استثنائيين.
  • ضمان تقديم جميع أعضاء الفريق للتميز التقني والضيافة العاطفية على مستوى Faena.
  • قيادة التدريب المستمر في طرائق العافية والطقوس والمشاركة مع الضيوف وسرد القصص الثقافية.
  • التعاون مع الاستشاريين الطبيين وخبراء طول العمر وشركاء العلامات التجارية ومبتكري العافية لتطوير محفظة العافية.
  • دمج الاختبارات التشخيصية والعلاجات الحديثة والشفاء البديل في رحلات ضيوف متماسكة.
  • البقاء في صدارة اتجاهات العافية وطول العمر العالمية للحفاظ على موقع Tierra Santa الريادي.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة ومتطلبات علامة Faena.
  • الحفاظ على جودة استثنائية عبر المنتجات والمعدات والموردين وتقنيات العافية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة قيادية عليا لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في عمليات العافية الفاخرة أو أسلوب الحياة عبر السبا أو اللياقة البدنية أو الترفيه داخل منتجع 5 نجوم أو علامة عافية مستقلة.
  • سجل حافل في إدارة مرافق عافية متعددة المنافذ أو واسعة النطاق تشمل عمليات السبا وإدارة النادي الصحي.
  • يفضل درجة أو دبلوم في إدارة السبا أو الضيافة أو الصحة والعافية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • فهم عميق لاتجاهات العافية واللياقة البدنية والسبا مع شغف بتنسيق تجارب ضيوف مميزة.
  • فطنة تجارية ومهارات مالية قوية مع القدرة على دفع الإيرادات مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة الرفيعة.
  • حضور قيادي قوي مع القدرة على إلهام الفرق والتعامل مع مخاوف الضيوف بشكل احترافي وتمثيل القسم بثقة.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • درجة عالية من التقدير والسرية والذكاء العاطفي.
  • يفضل مهارات متعددة اللغات (الإنجليزية مطلوبة، الإسبانية/الفرنسية/البرتغالية ميزة إضافية).

JOB OVERVIEW

The Director of Spa & Wellness leads the vision, experience, and operational excellence of Tierra Santa Healing House - The Red Sea, a South American-inspired sanctuary dedicated to the art of living well. This role curates transformative journeys that blend ancient healing rituals, shamanic traditions, indigenous ingredients, energetic practices, and state-of-the-art longevity science to elevate guests’ wellbeing.

As guardian of the Tierra Santa ethos, the Director shapes immersive wellness programming, drives service excellence, develops a world-class team, and ensures each guest experience ignites rejuvenation, consciousness, and spiritual vitality while positioning Tierra Santa Healing House as a signature wellness destination within FAENA The Red Sea.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Champion the Tierra Santa Healing House philosophy, setting the strategic wellness vision and ensuring alignment with Faena brand standards.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists, healers, technicians, and wellness specialists.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, authenticity, emotional hospitality, and transformative guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations of the spa, hammam, wet areas, treatment rooms, consultation spaces, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, ambience, and ritual-based service delivery.
  • Implement operating procedures, treatment protocols, and service rituals that reflect Tierra Santa’s holistic and South American-inspired identity.
  • Curate a world-class menu of therapies incorporating shamanic wisdom, energy healing, somatic practices, indigenous ingredients, and advanced technology.
  • Design and evolve personalised wellness journeys, longevity programs, and seasonal rituals.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, lead continuous improvement, and elevate experience touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, revenue forecasts, cost controls, and performance KPIs.
  • Drive financial success through treatment optimisation, retail strategy, membership initiatives, and programming innovation.
  • Analyse business trends and create new offerings to maximise profitability and competitive positioning.
  • Recruit, train, and develop exceptional spa, wellness, and holistic practitioners.
  • Ensure all team members deliver both technical excellence and Faena-level emotional hospitality.
  • Lead ongoing training in wellness modalities, rituals, guest engagement, and cultural storytelling.
  • Collaborate with medical consultants, longevity experts, brand partners, and wellness innovators to evolve the wellness portfolio.
  • Integrate diagnostic testing, modern therapies, and alternative healing into cohesive guest journeys.
  • Stay ahead of global wellness and longevity trends to maintain Tierra Santa’s leadership position.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety guidelines, and Faena brand requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional quality across products, equipment, suppliers, and wellness technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle wellness operations across spa, fitness, or recreation within a 5-star resort or standalone wellness brand.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-outlet or large-scale wellness facilities including spa operations and health club management.
  • Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Health & Wellness, or related field preferred.
  • Deep understanding of wellness, fitness, and spa trends with a passion for curating distinctive guest experiences.
  • Commercially savvy, with strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue while maintaining elevated service standards.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and represent the department confidently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
  • Multilingual skills preferred (English required, Spanish/French/Portuguese a plus).
