تتولى شركة القدية قيادة التحول في المشهد الترفيهي والثقافي في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتبحث عن مدير أول تخطيط البنية التحتية للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. في هذا الدور المحوري، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تخطيط البنية التحتية الأساسية لنجاح مشاريعنا الطموحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير مبادرات تخطيط البنية التحتية الاستراتيجية ودمجها في إطار التطوير الأوسع للقدية
- إجراء تحليلات تفصيلية لأنظمة البنية التحتية الحالية وتحديد فرص التحسين لدعم أهداف المشروع
- التعاون مع الجهات المعنية لوضع خطط مشاريع شاملة، وضمان الامتثال للوائح الحكومية والمعايير الصناعية
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والبيئة والتصميم لضمان تخطيط وتنفيذ متماسكين لمشاريع البنية التحتية
- إدارة مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل معهم، وتعزيز علاقات قوية مع الجهات الخارجية والاستشاريين وشركاء المجتمع
- الإشراف على إعداد دراسات الجدوى وتقديرات التكاليف وخطط تخصيص الموارد لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة
- مراقبة تقدم تخطيط البنية التحتية وتقديم تحديثات وتوصيات في الوقت المناسب لتحسين الأداء إلى الإدارة العليا
- توجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق، وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والعمل الجماعي والتطوير المهني
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ ويفضل درجة الماجستير
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تخطيط البنية التحتية أو إدارة المشاريع، خاصة في المشاريع واسعة النطاق
- فهم شامل لمبادئ التخطيط والأطر التنظيمية وعمليات البناء
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير المعلومات والبيانات المعقدة
- مهارات قيادية وشخصية ممتازة للتعامل بفعالية مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة
- إجادة استخدام برامج التخطيط وإدارة المشاريع
- الشهادات المهنية في إدارة المشاريع أو البنية التحتية (مثل PMP) تعتبر ميزة إضافية

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure planning strategies that are essential to the successful execution of our ambitious projects. Your leadership will guide the planning process, ensuring all infrastructure initiatives align with Qiddiya's overarching vision.

- Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives, integrating them into the broader development framework of Qiddiya
- Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities to support project goals
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution of infrastructure projects
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, fostering strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and community partners
- Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans to support informed decision-making
- Monitor infrastructure planning progress, providing timely updates and recommendations for improvements to senior management
- Encourage and mentor team members, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning or project management, particularly for large-scale developments
- Thorough understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and construction processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and data
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in using planning and project management software
- Professional certifications in project or infrastructure management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
