تعلن شركة القدية عن توفر وظيفة منسق أمن ووصول استوديو (Studio Security and Access Coordinator) في الرياض، للعمل ضمن فريق استوديو الأفلام لضمان بيئة آمنة ومنظمة تدعم الإنتاج السينمائي.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنسيق عمليات الأمن والوصول لأصول استوديو الأفلام، وضمان وصول آمن ومناسب للإنتاج للطاقم والمستأجرين والزوار والمقاولين والمركبات والمعدات. تعمل الوظيفة كنقطة اتصال تشغيلية بين فرق الاستوديو والإنتاج ومزودي الأمن وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لحماية الأشخاص والأصول والإنتاج السري واستمرارية العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق ترتيبات الوصول للإنتاج والمستأجرين والموظفين والزوار والشخصيات المهمة والمقاولين والموردين والمركبات والمعدات عبر مرافق الاستوديو.
- العمل كواجهة تشغيلية رئيسية مع إدارة الأمن (SAFE) ومزودي الأمن الخارجيين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين في الأمور الأمنية اليومية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة إجراءات التحكم بالوصول ومتطلبات التصاريح وبروتوكولات الزوار وضوابط المناطق المقيدة.
- تنسيق الخطط الأمنية الخاصة بالإنتاج وحركة الطاقم وتوصيل المعدات ومواقف السيارات وأنشطة التحميل ومتطلبات الوصول التشغيلية.
- دعم عملية الإعداد والخروج الآمنة للمستأجرين والإنتاج والمقاولين والفرق التشغيلية المؤقتة.
- مراقبة الحوادث الأمنية واختراقات الوصول والتصاريح المفقودة والمخاطر في الموقع والاضطرابات التشغيلية، مع رفعها عند الحاجة.
- تنسيق إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ والدعم في الإخلاء وتقارير الحوادث والإجراءات التصحيحية المتعلقة بالأمن.
- صيانة سجلات الوصول وسجلات الزوار وسجلات الحوادث والتقارير الأمنية والوثائق وفقاً لمتطلبات الحوكمة.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات والمرافق والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقنية المعلومات والتجارة وتمكين الشركات لحل الاعتماديات المتعلقة بالأمن والوصول.
- دعم الجاهزية الأمنية المادية لورش العمل والفعاليات والإنتاج وزيارات الشخصيات المهمة والأنشطة رفيعة المستوى.
- ضمان تضمين المتطلبات الأمنية في خطط الجاهزية التشغيلية وخطط تأهيل المستأجرين وجداول تفعيل الإنتاج.
- مراقبة أداء مزودي الأمن وتغطية المناوبات وأوقات الاستجابة وجودة الخدمة.
- دعم تنفيذ أنظمة المراقبة CCTV وأنظمة التحكم بالوصول وعمليات إصدار البطاقات والإجراءات الأمنية المادية بالتنسيق مع تقنية المعلومات ومزودي الأمن.
- تحديد المخاطر الأمنية والتوصية بتحسينات لعمليات الوصول وحركة الموقع ومواقف السيارات والتحميل وضوابط المناطق المقيدة.
- إعداد تحديثات أمنية وتقارير أداء الوصول وملخصات الحوادث ورفع المخاطر لمراجعة الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة الأمن أو العمليات أو إدارة الأعمال أو العدالة الجنائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة في الأمن أو التحكم بالوصول أو الاستجابة للطوارئ أو إدارة الحوادث.
- خبرة من 4 إلى 7 سنوات في عمليات الأمن أو التحكم بالوصول أو التنسيق الموقعي أو الخدمات الوقائية أو الأمن التشغيلي.
- خبرة في إدارة حركة الزوار والمقاولين والمركبات والمعدات ذات الحجم الكبير أو عمليات نمط الفعاليات.
- يفضل خبرة في تنسيق مزودي الأمن الخارجيين وخطط الوصول الخاصة بالإنتاج أو المستأجرين أو الفعاليات.
- يفضل خلفية في استوديوهات الأفلام أو أماكن الترفيه أو الفعاليات أو الضيافة أو الأصول متعددة الاستخدامات أو الحرم الصناعي أو بيئات التشغيل السرية/رفيعة المستوى.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate access arrangements for productions, tenants, employees, visitors, VIPs, contractors, suppliers, vehicles, and equipment across studio facilities
- Act as the primary operational interface with SAFE, outsourced security providers, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day security matters
- Develop, implement, and maintain access control procedures, credentialing requirements, visitor protocols, and restricted-area controls
- Coordinate production-specific security plans, crew movement, equipment deliveries, parking, loading activities, and operational access requirements
- Support secure onboarding and offboarding of tenants, productions, contractors, and temporary operational teams
- Monitor security incidents, access breaches, lost credentials, site risks, and operational disruptions, escalating where required
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, evacuation support, incident reporting, and security-related corrective actions
- Maintain access records, visitor logs, incident registers, security reports, and documentation in line with governance requirements
- Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, HSE, IT, Commercial, and Corporate Enablement teams to resolve security and access dependencies
- Support physical security readiness for workshops, events, productions, VIP visits, and high-profile activities
- Ensure security requirements are embedded into operational readiness plans, tenant onboarding plans, and production activation schedules
- Monitor security provider performance, staffing coverage, response times, and service quality
- Support implementation of CCTV, access-control systems, badging processes, and physical security procedures in coordination with IT and security providers
- Identify security risks and recommend improvements to access processes, site circulation, parking, loading, and restricted-zone controls
- Prepare security updates, access performance reports, incident summaries, and risk escalations for management review

Education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Security Management, Operations, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Security, access control, emergency response, or incident management certification preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in security operations, access control, site coordination, protective services, or operational security
- Experience managing high-volume visitors, contractors, vehicles, equipment movements, or event-style operations
- Experience coordinating outsourced security providers and production-, tenant-, or event-specific access plans preferred
- Film studios, entertainment venues, events, hospitality, mixed-use assets, industrial campuses, or confidential / high-profile operating environments
- Exposure to VIP visits, production confidentiality, restricted-area management, and operational security planning preferred
- Strong understanding of access control, visitor management, credentialing, and restricted-area protocols
- Ability to coordinate people, vehicle, and equipment movements without disrupting production activity
