المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإدارة جميع عمليات قسم الغرف لضمان أداء يومي سلس وفعّال.
  • تقديم تجارب استثنائية للضيوف والحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء وولائهم.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير وعلامة voco™ وIHG والسياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية.
  • الارتقاء بأداء وإنتاجية وخدمة مكاتب الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي.
  • مراقبة ملاحظات الضيوف والتقييمات الإلكترونية ونتائج الجودة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ووضع خطط تحسين مستمر.
  • تعظيم إيرادات الغرف من خلال التنسيق الفعّال مع إدارة العائدات والفريق التجاري.
  • مراقبة نسبة الإشغال ومتوسط السعر اليومي (ADR) وإيرادات الغرفة المتاحة (RevPAR) وتوفر الغرف وجودة البيع الإضافي ومؤشرات أداء قسم الغرف.
  • إدارة مخزون الغرف بفعالية، بما يشمل غرف كبار الشخصيات والغرف المتعطلة وجاهزية الغرف وتوزيعها.
  • قيادة وتطوير قادة وموظفي قسم الغرف من خلال التوجيه والتدريب وإدارة الأداء والتخطيط للخلافة الوظيفية.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية من النظافة والعرض والسلامة والصيانة في جميع الغرف والمناطق العامة.
  • إدارة ميزانيات القسم، والرواتب، والمصروفات، والإنتاجية بما يتوافق مع الأهداف المالية.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع أقسام الهندسة والمبيعات والعائدات والمشروبات والطعام والمالية لضمان سلاسة العمليات الفندقية.
  • معالجة مشكلات الضيوف واسترداد الخدمة بشكل احترافي مع ضمان الحلول والمتابعة في الوقت المناسب.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في اجتماعات القيادة الفندقية والمراجعات التشغيلية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
  • تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والمساءلة والعمل الجماعي والاهتمام الحقيقي بالضيوف والزملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل معادل في إدارة الضيافة أو إدارة الفنادق أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في قسم الغرف، مع خبرة مثبتة في منصب إداري كبير أو مدير.
  • معرفة تشغيلية قوية بوظائف مكاتب الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي.
  • يفضّل خبرة سابقة مع علامة فندقية دولية.
  • خبرة في معايير وأنظمة IHG / voco™ ستكون ميزة إضافية.
  • فهم قوي لعمليات الفنادق وإيرادات الغرف وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ ومؤشرات أداء قسم الغرف.
  • مهارات قيادية وتواصلية وشخصية ومهارات حل مشكلات ممتازة.
  • وعي تجاري عالٍ مع القدرة على تحديد فرص تحسين إيرادات الغرف والربحية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتحفيز وتدريب وتطوير فرق متنوعة.
  • معرفة قوية بتجربة الضيوف وضمان الجودة واسترداد الخدمة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة فندقية متعددة الثقافات وسريعة الوتيرة.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Rooms Division operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day performance.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with voco™and IHG brand standards, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Drive Front Office and Housekeeping performance, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, quality scores, and operational KPIs, developing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Maximize room revenue through effective coordination with Revenue Management and Commercial teams.
  • Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room availability, upselling, and other Rooms Division performance indicators.
  • Ensure effective room inventory management, including VIP rooms, out-of-order rooms, room readiness, and room allocation.
  • Lead and develop Rooms Division leaders and colleagues through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and maintenance throughout guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage departmental budgets, payroll, expenses, and productivity in line with financial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Participate actively in hotel leadership meetings, operational reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, teamwork, and genuine care for guests and colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of Rooms Division experience, with proven experience in a senior management or Director-level role.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping functions.
  • Previous experience with an international hotel brand is highly preferred.
  • Experience with IHG/ voco™ standards and systems will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, room revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and Rooms Division KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to improve room revenue and profitability.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of guest experience, quality assurance, and service recovery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel environment.
