تعلن IHG Hotels & Resorts عن وظيفة IT Specialist للانضمام إلى فريقها في فندق Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard في الرياض. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن دعم عمليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات اليومية في الفندق من خلال صيانة الأنظمة والشبكات والبنية التحتية التقنية، وضمان الدعم الفني الموثوق وأمن الأنظمة وفقاً لمعايير IHG.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الدعم الفني من الخط الأول لمشاكل الأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات والأنظمة عبر جميع أقسام الفندق.
  • صيانة ومراقبة أنظمة الفندق بما في ذلك PMS وPOS والبريد الإلكتروني والإنترنت والاتصالات الهاتفية والتطبيقات التجارية الأخرى.
  • تركيب وتكوين واستكشاف أخطاء أجهزة الكمبيوتر والطابعات وأجهزة الشبكات ومعدات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأخرى.
  • مراقبة أداء الشبكة وجودة اتصال Wi-Fi وتوفر الأنظمة لتقليل فترات التوقف.
  • إجراء الصيانة الدورية للأنظمة وتحديثات البرامج والنسخ الاحتياطي وإدارة برامج مكافحة الفيروسات.
  • إنشاء وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين وكلمات المرور وصلاحيات الوصول إلى الأنظمة وفقاً لسياسات أمن الفندق.
  • الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأصول تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتراخيص البرامج وسجلات الصيانة وطلبات الدعم.
  • التنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين ومقدمي الخدمات لإصلاح المعدات وصيانة الأنظمة عند الحاجة.
  • دعم مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات وترقيات الأنظمة وتنفيذ التقنيات الجديدة في الفندق.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاصة بـ IHG ومعايير الأمن السيبراني ومتطلبات حماية البيانات.
  • تقديم تدريب أساسي للمستخدمين على أنظمة الفندق وأفضل ممارسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
  • أداء مهام أخرى متعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات يكلف بها من قبل مدير تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة تشغيل Windows وشبكات الكمبيوتر وMicrosoft Office 365 وتطبيقات الفنادق.
  • خبرة في أنظمة الفنادق مثل Opera PMS وPOS وActive Directory تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة.

Description

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the hotel's daily IT operations by maintaining systems, networks, and technology infrastructure. The role ensures reliable technical support, system security, and efficient operation of hotel technology in line with IHG standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues across all hotel departments.
  • Maintain and monitor hotel systems including PMS, POS, email, internet, telephony, and other business applications.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor network performance, Wi-Fi connectivity, and system availability to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, backups, and antivirus management.
  • Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and system access in accordance with hotel security policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, maintenance logs, and support requests.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and system maintenance when required.
  • Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations across the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with IHG IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection requirements.
  • Provide basic user training and guidance on hotel systems and IT best practices.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer networks, Microsoft Office 365, and hotel applications.
  • Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, POS, and Active Directory is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
