Richemont تعلن عن برنامج تدريب في EHS & Security في الرياض، يهدف إلى اكتساب المهارات تحت إشراف خبراء محترفين مع فرصة تطبيق عملي في بيئة عمل داعمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية أمن تقنية المعلومات (IT Security) ضمن النطاق المحدد، بما يضمن التوافق مع استراتيجية المجموعة وأهداف الوحدات التنظيمية طويلة الأجل.
قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لمناطق مسؤولية رئيسية، واستشراف القضايا والتحديات والفرص المعقدة، وضمان التكامل مع الاستراتيجية المؤسسية الأوسع.
تقديم استشارات متخصصة لفريق القيادة لتوجيه تنفيذ السياسات وتصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع والمبادرات التغييرية.
إدارة ميزانيات المنطقة وضمان توافقها مع الاستراتيجية التنظيمية.
تطوير وإنفاذ السياسات والإجراءات والتوجيهات لمناطق مسؤولية رئيسية، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الخارجية والتكامل مع إطار السياسات المؤسسية.
تعزيز علاقات الشراكة مع كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين، وبناء المصداقية المهنية والثقة المتبادلة، وضمان الوصول إلى المشورة والتوجيه عالي الجودة لدعم استراتيجيات العمل.
المساهمة في تطوير الاستراتيجية المؤسسية من خلال تطبيق الخبرة الوظيفية لاختبار الجدوى ودعم صياغة الاستراتيجية بأفكار ورؤى إبداعية.
تطوير خطط العمل السنوية والحصول على الموافقة عليها، مع ضمان التوافق مع الاستراتيجية، وقياس نتائج الأعمال، وتفصيل ميزانيات النفقات والموظفين، وإعداد حالات الأعمال للمشاريع الرئيسية.
إيصال استراتيجية الوظيفة وعلاقتها برسالة المؤسسة ورؤيتها وقيمها؛ وتوضيح الإجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجية، وتحفيز الأفراد على الالتزام بالرسالة والرؤية والقيم وتحقيق أهداف العمل.
إدارة أداء الوظيفة/مجال الأعمال والإبلاغ عنه؛ وتحديد أهداف الأداء للمرؤوسين المباشرين ومحاسبتهم؛ واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة لضمان تحقيق أهداف العمل.
تحديد الهيكل التنظيمي لمنطقة أعمال، بما يتوافق مع المبادئ المؤسسية، وتحديد العلاقات بين عناصر المؤسسة ومسؤوليات كبار المديرين لتحقيق أهداف العمل.
تحديد القدرات المطلوبة لتلبية احتياجات العمل الحالية والمستقبلية وتطويرها؛ وتقييم القدرات الحالية، وتحديد الفجوات، وترتيب أولويات الأنشطة التطويرية، وتحفيز الآخرين لتطوير قدراتهم.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Define and implement the IT Security strategy within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with the Group Security strategy and long-term business objectives of the organizational unit(s).
Lead the development and execution of strategies for significant areas of responsibility, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, and ensuring integration with the broader corporate strategy.
Provide authoritative specialist advice to the leadership team to guide policy implementation and the design and execution of projects and change initiatives.
Manage area budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines for significant areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the corporate policy framework.
Foster partnering relationships with senior executives, building professional credibility and mutual trust, and ensuring access to high-quality advice and guidance to support business strategy and plans.
Contribute to the development of corporate strategy, applying functional expertise to test viability and support strategy formation with creative ideas and insights.
Develop and gain agreement on annual business plans, ensuring alignment with strategy, quantifying business outcomes, detailing expense and headcount budgets, and developing business cases for key projects.
Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values; clarify actions needed to implement this strategy; motivate people to commit to the mission, vision, and values and achieve business goals.
Manage and report on the performance of the function/business area; set performance objectives for direct reports and hold individuals accountable; take corrective action where necessary to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Define the organization structure for a business area, aligning with corporate principles, defining relationships between elements of the organization, and responsibilities of senior managers to achieve business objectives.
Identify and develop capabilities needed to meet current and emerging business needs; evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, prioritize development activities, and motivate others to develop their capabilities.
Represent the organization in industry, institutional, and professional forums, boards, and committees to promote the company brand or efforts; prepare presentations and materials for professional partnering meetings, seminars, and conferences.
