شركة Richemont تعلن عن تدريب تعاوني في مجال المالية (Finance Co-op Trainee) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى والتقييم للمشاريع المقترحة والحالية للمساهمة في تطوير ومراجعة مستمرة لدراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية (business cases).
- إنتاج تقارير دقيقة من خلال جمع البيانات من مصادر متنوعة وإدخالها في صيغ قياسية.
- العمل ضمن الأنظمة والبروتوكولات الحالية لتنفيذ أنشطة بحثية اقتصادية مخصصة، إما لدعم الآخرين أو لتحقيق نتائج محددة كجزء من برنامج بحثي.
- تقديم مدخلات أساسية في النمذجة المالية (financial modeling) لدعم دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية والتكاليف والجداول الزمنية لدعم نمو الأعمال.
- استخراج البيانات ودمجها لإنشاء تقارير قياسية، واستخدام أنظمة إدارة البيانات للوصول إلى معلومات محددة حسب الحاجة.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات المالية والإرشادات والبروتوكولات لضمان الامتثال للوائح والممارسات المالية السليمة.
- حل الاستفسارات المعقدة من العملاء أو الموردين الداخليين أو الخارجيين من خلال توفير المعلومات حول السياسات والإجراءات، مع إحالة المسائل الأكثر تعقيداً إلى الآخرين.
- تطوير القدرات من خلال المشاركة في أنشطة التقييم والتطوير الخططية، بالإضافة إلى التدريب الرسمي وغير الرسمي والتوجيه.
- الحفاظ على فهم التكنولوجيا ذات الصلة واللوائح الخارجية وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة من خلال التعليم المستمر وحضور المؤتمرات وقراءة وسائل الإعلام المتخصصة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تعليمي بعد الثانوي غير جامعي (Post-secondary non-tertiary education).

- Conduct feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to contribute to the development and continuous review of business cases
- Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources and inputting it into standard formats
- Work with existing systems and protocols to perform designated economic research activities, either to support others or to deliver prescribed outcomes for part of a research program
- Provide basic financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support business growth
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports and use data management systems to access specific information as needed
- Assist in developing and delivering financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and good financial practices
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, referring the most complex issues to others
- Develop capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
- Provide information and clarification on existing procedures, processes, and precedents
- Post-secondary non-tertiary education required
- Basic experience with simple office and operational systems
