شركة Richemont تبحث عن متدرب محاسبة (Accounting Intern - AR) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى والتقييم للمشاريع المقترحة والحالية للمساهمة في تطوير ومراجعة مستمرة لخطط الأعمال.
- إنتاج تقارير دقيقة عن طريق جمع البيانات من مصادر قياسية مختلفة وإدخالها في صيغ موحدة.
- العمل مع الأنظمة والبروتوكولات الحالية لأداء أنشطة بحث اقتصادي محددة، إما لدعم الآخرين أو لتحقيق نتائج محددة لجزء من برنامج بحثي.
- تقديم مدخلات أساسية في النمذجة المالية (financial modeling) لخطط الأعمال والتكاليف والجداول الزمنية لدعم نمو الأعمال.
- استخراج البيانات ودمجها لإنشاء تقارير قياسية، واستخدام أنظمة إدارة البيانات للوصول إلى معلومات محددة حسب الحاجة.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات المالية والإرشادات والبروتوكولات لضمان الامتثال للوائح والممارسات المالية السليمة.
- حل الاستفسارات المعقدة من العملاء أو الموردين الداخليين أو الخارجيين من خلال تقديم معلومات حول السياسات والإجراءات، وإحالة القضايا الأكثر تعقيدًا إلى الآخرين.
- تطوير القدرات من خلال المشاركة في أنشطة التقييم والتخطيط التطويري، بالإضافة إلى التدريب الرسمي وغير الرسمي والتدريب الفردي.

YOUR MISSION: The Finance Intern is responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing financial information, interpreting results to aid in the development of business strategies and tactics, and appraising outcomes HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Conduct feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to contribute to the development and continuous review of business cases
- Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources and inputting it into standard formats
- Work with existing systems and protocols to perform designated economic research activities, either to support others or to deliver prescribed outcomes for part of a research program
- Provide basic financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support business growth
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports and use data management systems to access specific information as needed
- Assist in developing and delivering financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and good financial practices
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, referring the most complex issues to others
- Develop capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media

- Post-secondary non-tertiary education required
