هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA) تعلن عن وظيفة خبير في توصيل واختبار البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والشبكات في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
شاغلو الوظائف في هذا المستوى مسؤولون عن قيادة أنشطة العمل والعمل بشكل مستقل مع توجيه بسيط نحو أهداف طويلة الأجل محددة مسبقًا. قد يعملون كمستشارين داخليين وميسرين من خلال تقديم التوجيه لتقديم وتنفيذ الأنشطة التشغيلية. يشمل دورهم التشغيلي الرئيسي تقديم الدعم الخبير أثناء تطوير معايير وإرشادات توصيل البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والشبكات في الهيئة، والإشراف على تطوير خطط تركيب مشاريع البنية التحتية والشبكات، وتقديم الدعم لتسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية والشبكات، وتقديم التوصيات والإجراءات التصحيحية لأنشطة الاختبار المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية والشبكات، ومراجعة والتحقق من توثيق تنفيذ البنية التحتية والشبكات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التقاط إطار العمل الحالي لتوصيل البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والشبكات في الهيئة، وإجراء المقارنات المرجعية والبحث عن الاتجاهات والمعايير الجديدة لتوصيل تقنية المعلومات، وتطوير إرشادات ومعايير توصيل البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والشبكات.
- إجراء جلسات جمع المتطلبات مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة، وتوحيد وتحليل متطلبات العمل، وتطوير خطط شاملة لمشاريع البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والشبكات (التخطيط، التنفيذ، المراقبة، الإغلاق).
- التنسيق مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة في مشاريع البنية التحتية والشبكات، وإدارة تنفيذ حلول البنية التحتية والشبكات (البرمجيات، الأجهزة، تركيب الخوادم، النسخ الاحتياطي، مركز البيانات، التعافي من الكوارث)، وتوثيق جميع معلومات المشروع والدروس المستفادة.
- التنسيق مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة في البنية التحتية والشبكات، وإدارة تركيب مكونات البنية التحتية والشبكات مثل أجهزة التوجيه والمحولات وموازنات الأحمال وغيرها، وتوثيق التغييرات المنجزة.
- المشاركة في اختبار والتحقق من مكونات البنية التحتية والشبكات، واكتشاف أي مشكلات والإبلاغ عنها لإيجاد الحل المناسب.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين للاتفاق على خطط العمل التصحيحية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات المطلوبة، والتنسيق لعملية إعادة الاختبار والتحقق لضمان الفعالية.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة محكمة ومتسقة.
- المساعدة في حل المشكلات المُصعّدة وتقديم الدعم اللازم لأعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بكفاءة.
- رفع المشكلات المعقدة إلى الشخص المعني لضمان إغلاق الحالات/المشكلات بشكل صحيح.
- تدريب الموظفين الأقل خبرة على الأنشطة الوظيفية المختلفة لضمان نقل المعرفة، عند الاقتضاء.
- تقديم توجيه واضح، وتحديد أولويات المهام، وتكليف المهام وتفويض المسؤولية، ومراقبة سير عمل المرؤوسين/الموظفين الأقل خبرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards predetermined long-term objectives.
Jobholders might act as internal consultants and facilitators through providing guidance to deliver and perform operational activities.
Their main operational role includes providing expert support during the development of ZATCA IT Infrastructure and networks delivery guidelines, and standards. Supervise the development of the IT infrastructure and networks project /installation plans. Provide support to the delivery of IT Infrastructure and networks projects. Provide recommendations and corrective actions to the testing activities related to Infrastructure and networks. Review and validate the documentation of IT infrastructure and networks implementation.

Job Resposiblites
- Capture the current ZATCA IT Infrastructure and Networks delivery framework, conduct benchmark and research on new IT delivery trends and standards, and develop ZATCA IT Infrastructure and Networks delivery guidelines and standards
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with all stakeholder, consolidate and analyze business requirements, and develop comprehensive IT infrastructure & networks project plans (planning, execution, monitoring, closing)
- Align with all IT Infrastructure and networks project stakeholders, manage the implementation of IT Infrastructure and networks solutions (software, hardware, servers' installation, backup, datacenter, disaster recovery), and document all project information and lesson learned
- Align with all IT Infrastructure and networks stakeholders, manage the installation of Infrastructure and networks components such as routers, switches, load balancers…etc., and document the completed changes
- Participate in the testing and validation of infrastructure and networks components, detect and report any issues to find appropriate solution
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to agree on corrective action plans, implement needed actions, and coordinate retesting and revalidation process to ensure the effectiveness
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
- Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff.
